Restoring an Old Bonsai Tree

I bought an old (out of shape) olive bonsai tree and gave it new life :)
It's been a while, I have been very busy and I have moved as well (as you will be able to see in the filming studio).
I have taken a lot of inspiration from ‪@BonsaiReleaf‬ and ‪@BonsaiMirai‬ for this video - a huge thanks for all the knowledge you have provided for me.

What type of fertilisation do you use on this tree and how often?

I am using a slow release organic fertilizer, from about April to October. Early in the year about a small handful directly onto the soil and when it gets really hot I switch to fertilizer baskets that I refill once
