I have mostly been depressed for a long time, but after taking shrooms few months ago, l feel much happier and highly motivated and my ADHD gone , lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.
I have autism, I was diagnosed with it when I was 15. I tried shrooms and it made me function so much better.

As someone who has tripped with lamotrigine,I took a 4.5 dose. Multiverse shroom bars, the banana cream one. It was amazing. I do recommend for depression/anxiety. I will do this about 3-4 times a year. (Every seasonal change)
Substances like psychedelics when administered temporarily and in the minimum and safe dose can save life (prevent suicide), yet..long term all of them are NOT the answer (solution to the problem). self honesty, emotional and spiritual healing (done correctly) produce safe and lasting results..health happiness, inner peace
I’ve been researching on psychedelics and it’s benefits to individuals dealing with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and from my findings, they really work and I’ve been eager to get some for a while but its been difficult to get my hands on them.
The Trips I've been having really helped me a lot. I’m now able to meditate and I finally feel in control of my emotions and my future and things that used to be mundane to me now seem incredible and full of nuance on top of that I'm way less driven by my ego and I have alot more empathy as well

I was on lamictal for a few years and eating mushrooms and there was no negative interaction for me, i think that lamictal just lessens the effect because of the receptors is works on possibly
Ive been micro dosing on this combo for yrs. I micro dose min 4 days a week with either psilocybin or lsd and it works great. If the lsd is old it makes me a little tired but other than that I feel great. I do somewhat large doses of either one, and sometimes mix both here and there as well and can't complain. I work as a pharmaceutical rep and I feel like they keep me pretty sharp on top of helping me perform. I will be honest, psilocybin is prob better for work, because it makes me want to connect one on one more.

I appreciate this video, I am on psych meds and using psychedelics and there is like no information out there just a bunch of fear so psychedelic practitioners won't work with me unless I get off all my meds which wasn't a good idea when I tried it once. There needs to be more research that actually includes people that are on meds. It's not so black and white. At least we're approaching a time that this can be done because as society has seen these meds are not the only answer and it seems like everyone is on them but we need more solution.

I've been suffering emotionally and physically for years. All the things that brought me to this, constant daily tears, began in 1992. Then years and years of medical mistakes... the one in 92almost killed me, 5 mos in hospitals & 3 surgeries. It began with an [UNNECESSARY] "exploratory"!
Here, let me say that (ALL medical damage to me was done in the USA, including mistakes at the age of 7.)
There followed the losses; apartment of 24 years in Rome, Good paying job, my dog, Mitzy, my future hopes.
Since then, my son informed me that I was a bad parent, which was a terrible shock. He moved to Japan, after I brought him up in Rome, good schools etc.
Sorry this is so long... I needed to state just an outline of why I tried psilocybin at the age of 77 (in 2 weeks).
I began micro-dosing capsules on a Wednesday, and continued for 4 days as per instructions. I felt no change through to the following Wednesday. I convinced myself there was no change, so when I began the second week of micro- dosing, I skipped my Effexor, which I'd been taking for many years. I saw someone had said the psilocybin would work much better, faster, if I stopped my antidepressant I still find it hard to believe, but it happened so fast and unexpected!!
Thursday morning I woke, not knowing what happened! My thoughts were alien to me! The confusion was overwhelming. I felt angry, lost, afraid & disappointed ... all in the same moment. It bloomed into a dark cloud and all I could do, was go with it. It seemed to last forever. At this point in time, I'm actually unable to say exactly how long it went on, morphing and giving me ups and downs that seemed so cruel, as if I'd been through the worst possible trip. Before easing off, there came a scary loss of memory, even of a proper sense of time; PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE!!! After 3 days of this, I only began to feel the nightmare lift. I think this lasted for 3 weeks. I STILL can't be certain!
I spoke to my primary doctor. She feels that this was NOT brought on by ceasing to take the psilocybin, but by stopping the Effexor! She also said that I should try again to microdose, but, this time I should continue taking BOTH the psilocybin WITH the usual Effexor.
I have not taken anymore psilocybin, and have gone back on my usual Effexor.
I'm sad, I feel I've lost my ability to ever laugh again, I've also lost a great part of my faith. The worst part is that I'm unable to determine what it was, exactly, to cause such a total loss of ME
All I'm sure of is, I miss my son terribly much and need to KNOW how & where I let him down. I wish I could be given some answers, as I truly hate to end this life without knowing wtf I was even here for.
Forgive me for making this so long, but it isn't possible to even think about the EFFECTS of psilocybin, with or without antidepressants, without considering ALSO the life that brought me to hope in it. I was always able to at least cope with very serious, sometimes overwhelming problems. My Dad worked 3 jobs sometimes because we were 4 kids and he wouldnt accept his wife working.... Big Italian ego and... he adored her.
I WOULD like to try again... only because that very first week of micro-dosing, I DID FEEL ALRIGHT.
And "ALRIGHT" is something I have not experienced in years and years!

I'm not a doctor but it seems like there should have been at least some mention of the risk of serotonin syndrome. I see a lot of comments asking about ssris, like zoloft. I’ve been taking 50mg of this for the past year, just tried shrooms two nights ago. Took 4.4 gs and I had a good ass trip. Only thing I noticed is it kicked 20 minutes later than my friends who don’t take meds. Also I stoped taking the medicine only two days prior to tripping
Very helpful, I've got the same going, 50mg of Zoloft, but with 2mg Abilify; smooth sailing, but will be doing mushrooms this weekend, so I'll do three days prior no meds. Cheers!

@@pinguwingu9 im on zoloft juist received an oz of shrooms. did 1 gram the other day felt nothing. tried 3 grams the next and barely a mild body high. was about to tell my plug he had bunk mushies until i stumbled upon all of this. meaning i didnt know zoloft or other antidepressants could block the psychadelic effects of mushrooms. so now i have to taper off thsi zoloft i guess if i want any use of the remaining mushrooms...

I've been on various SSRI's over the last 4 years and last two years got into mushrooms. I can take heavy doses with little effect. Wanted to share because I found this video hoping to find similar cases. Thank you.

glad to hear someone else had this problem. took 1.5 gram shrooms years ago before i was on zoloft {anti depressant} and tripped balls. fast forward to today i have been on zoloft for about year steady now and just took 3.5 grams mushrooms with nothing more than a lil body fuzz body high... guess i need to wean myself off this shit if i want the rest of this ounce of shrooms to be useful lol

Interesting to hear that about Lexapro. Was on it once for months on max dose, and just wasted my time. Did absolutely nothing for me. The only typical antidepressant that works for me is duloxetine, and it only really helps to keep me from falling into a hole. No mood boost at all.
I just hope big pharma and governments loosen their grip on psychedelics and do their research so I can get daily psilocybin without hallucinations. Big trips are reserved for blessed days 🙏 😌

I stopped taking lithium & an antidepressant when I started using psilocybin. I did continue to take Seroquel however.
I had no negative side effects from mixing the Seroquel with psilocybin. The Seroquel did greatly lesson the psychedelic effects of the mushrooms however.
My personal experience:
I used to be able to trip hard at 1.8-2g. Then six months ago I started 20mg of fluoxetine and also tiered up to 100mg of Lamotrigine. I’ve now been off the fluoxetine for about a month now and the Lamotrigine for about a week and tried to trip again. I ate 10g and felt absolutely nothing, not even a tingle. The next day I ate 5g and again felt absolutely nothing. Then 2g from a different batch and still NOTHING.
Long story short: Taking SSRIs have permanently altered and completely hampered my ability to revert trip again. I completely resent antidepressants because of this.
I heard it can take 3 months for the effect to return

@Party Tequila don’t fret, there’s hope… now that more time has passed, I’ve been detoxing also via herbs I bought from Yahki Awakened and have noticed a marked difference overall in my mood/feelings… the general emotional blunting I was experiencing before is dissipating & my interest in food/eating is also starting to come back a bit.
I also ate 2g after a week of the herbal detox and alas, I could feel the affects again 🥹❤️
From my experience, while effective in stabilizing my mental, SSRIs really have negatively impacted me in other ways. Perhaps they’re more suitable as a short term solution, versus long term, due to its many side effects.
It sucks that doctors so easily had out antidepressants, trippin bawlz is so much better and way more effective than any of the usual medications they prescribe. It makes the trips weaker with mushrooms, but I’ve found them to be a little stronger with lsd. Dmt doesn’t like it either. Just don’t take antidepressants. They don’t work. They just get you dependent on them for a very long time if not life. The longer you’re on them the longer and harder it is to come off of them. Psychs will help you more and they’re healthier. I’ve been on an ssri for years and am microdosing psilocybin to get off the ssri. The side effects are so bad that I’m alternating days and not sure if it’s possible to get off them. Wish there was more info on this ….
I was diagnosed at 14 to have bipolar 1 and recently found out that I developed psychosis I'm 41 now. I have been off and on all sorts of meds, including the ones you mentioned, as well as trying psychedelics. I can definitely say that my head space has been changing to where I can no longer manage on my own. I am looking to do the psychedelics again because I felt like it helped immensely with assisting me to a positive, healthy mindset. For me, it helped. But now I'm on Abilify and not sure how it would work, but I'm guessing it will elevate the positive and piggyback the anti-anxiety effects. Just a guess and hope. If it's a naturally earth grown potential of a cure, I'm willing to try it.

Just take lithium. The #1 and only medication for bipolar.
I would highly recommend that you seek out medical help first. Almost everything you read cautions people with bipolar to use psychedelics. I would also not recommend trying to self-medicate with these substances. There is also the Fentenyol problem. The integration after the therapy is the key. Maybe you should start with Ketamine treatments.

Ill try microdosing. I already used lithium, risperidona, and all, and i also drank at that time. It made me awful. But with time symphtins got worse and i took escitalopran and ansitec. I got a little better. But i used to have anger and those kind of things. Now im on escitalopran and lamotrigina. Hope it works.
Im doing microdosing along lamotrigium, SSRI escitalopram, quetiopinium and supplements- omega 3, innositol, lions mane, magnesium and on microdose day niacin and I find it really helpful to be productive and feel good, its not like hypomania- im tottaly aware and critical about my thoughts and actions
And I have biopolar 2 :)

I take 30 mg of prozac and i had 5 shroom trips in the past month, after taking the shrooms it felt like a regular trip but afterwards my anxiety was decreased by alot for a day or 2

Not sure about Valproate, but Abilify will stop any psychedelic from working. It occupies the same receptors. Any atypical/2nd generation Antipsychotic will do the same.
I've used DMT twice while on Lamictal, with no negative effects, but I've only used small doses of DMT. I haven't experienced a "breakthrough" or seen God or elves. 😉 I've only used enough to feel mild kaleidoscopic visions of moving colors with my eyes closed, and a general sense of pleasantness and being surrounded by love. Even the birds and cars and dragonflies loved me. 🙂 Afterward, I was able to quit smoking very easily, and I haven't felt suicidal for a month. I used two doses, about two weeks apart. I take 200 MG of extended release Lamictal every day to tamp down rage.

Are used to try Lamictal I’m now on Trileptal. I wonder if there’s any studies with that I think it’s similar as for bipolar. I know that this is what I’m trying to figure out. I’m also on a benzo as well, so I feel like everyone keeps recommending this to me, but I really don’t think I’m the right candidate. Lol.
You build tolerance on benzo... It's not appropriate for a long term medication, if you can quit it, do it
So for me, im on dival proex and olanzipine, and when i take a regular dose of shrooms, i don't feel any of the effects aside from a placebo effect which i also get from microdosing

Any research on interactions between psychedelics and bupropion, which isn't active on serotonin, or quetiapine?
Buproprion decreases seizure threshold, so your at a increase risk of seizures. I wouldnt mix the two, you could just not take buproprion a day or 2 before tripping, but be aware that if its efficacious for anxiety or depression, then you may get some symptoms coming back.. but if its only 1 dose missed then thats unlikely.
Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic. Any drug in this class will occupy the same receptors as psychedelics. So if you take a psychedelic while on Quetiapine, you won't feel the effects.
I've done over an ounce of stropharia cubensis after being on an average dose of buprophen, and I was fine. But I seem to have a pretty good threshold for substances or a high constitution as they say

54 yo female here....I take Lamictal for controlled late onset epilepsy but (controlled) and thus far no real adverse side affects. I TAKE 400 mg daily. Again, no problem with side effect, thus far. I micro dose 2-3 times a week. I was worried but took a chance because I wanted to try to cope with depression with less pharma intervention (none really) I just decided to go for it. I take .33 gram daily. I won't recommend it but I have found it very effective thus far. Just from my experience- i wanted to share....

Typically, "psychedelic" refers to a group of drugs called "Classical Psychedelics" that primarily act on serotonin receptors. Drugs like LSD, Mescaline, Psilocybin etc...
Amanita Muscaria is a mushroom that contains muscimol - a selective agonist of the GABAa receptor. It is psychoactive, but I don't think most would consider it to be a real psychedelic.
It is a hallucinogen that I think more appropriately fits in the "Deliriant" or "Hypnotic" class.
I use philisybin and i am on 50mg of limictal daily for BPD type 2 It actually helps with flashbacks it definitely did not make the experience more or less instance.
had some crazy ass trips while on ssri and psychedelics, also have taken psychedelics before taking ssris. i personally didn’t find it to be a blunted effect, just as potent, but personally i think people with fucked up serotonin systems shouldnt use psychedelics and ssris together because the highs and lows become bad. I do think microdosing could replace ssris but the dose would have to be extremely low, also people taking 25ug of acid thinking it’s a microdose might want to reconsider, 25ug can send you to space.
how would mushrooms/psychedelics interact with wellbutrin? i’ve read it doesn’t work on serotonin reuptake but dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake intake. since mushrooms work on serotonin to my knowledge would it still work and have less risk?

Abilify is an antypical antispcyhotic. Any drug in this class will block the effects of psychedelic drugs. They occupy the same receptors.

Hi, i really hope someone can answer me, but i've been depressed and anxious for about 15 years now, used all sorts of AD's (on this moment i take quetiapine (seroquel), abilify, lamotrigine and deanxit) Yesterday i tried psilocybine for the first time but felt NOTHING, not even after 3 grams. I guess it's because of some of the AD's I take. So now i´m wondering which of my medications i can quit in order to feel the effects from psilocybine?

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH SSRIS! Combining them can lead to Serotonin Syndrome and you can have seizures when on psychedelics. Very scary. I’ve found no interaction for me with lamictal though.
Microdosing is the best gift one could ask for really. It has so many amazing benefits such as eliminating anxiety and depression, improved mood, helps one get off an addiction, opens the mind and lots more. I will recommend him on Instagram. He will guide and direct you on how to properly microdose and achieve these benefits. He also has amazing mushroom and tripping products if you're interested.
i do mush🍄 🍄 🍄 therapy and I can say it has improved my daily attitude. I'm more focused and feeling less trauma. You don't do it to trip, you take a mini dose to ease your brain receptors. So if you're looking for a reliable connect, I recommend him on instagram they are best online.

I micodose shrooms and I'm still tapering off of a AD that I've been taking for 25 years (paxil)
I have found it has helped me as I'm now at my lowest dose ever.. 2.6mg to go .
Anyone else tapering an AD whilst microdosing an AD ... I'd be interested on hearing your experience as I can't find much information anywhere when using shrooms to help taper off of big pharma (Big Harma as I call them) meds.

I didn’t hear him mention Paxil and Zoloft and other SSRIs the dangers of SSRI and antidepressants, takin along side Psilocybe mushrooms. They both affect the frontal cortex and release of serotonin within the brain itself to much excess serotonin in the brain can result into something called serotonin syndrome, which could be fatal and cause seizures and even death due to seizures and convulsions caused by uncontrolled spasms as a result of “serotonin syndrome”

I take lithium and tried weed, the lithium basically blocks it and is a waste of time and money, has anyone tried microdosing anything else while on lithium and did it work

I have Bipolar Disorder, at the moment, I use only antidepressants (Escitalopram 20mg). I talked to the psychiatrist over the phone and he suggested Lamictal I see many reports that you shouldn't use antidepressants because it leaves you in a mixed state, which is how I am now. I have the following question: is it possible that Lamictal is introduced, and the dose of the antidepressant starts to be lowered? For example, start using lamictal 25mg twice a day, and start using Escitalopram at 15mg, to maybe reach 10mg or even weaning off the antidepressant?
Have you found that Lexpro has helped? I was on 10mg for months, and have been on 15 for a few weeks now, i don't think it's doing anything at all
Yes, mood stabilizer (Lamictal) is increased when you are on mania. Antidepressant (Escitalopram) then is not tweaked or maybe lowered. But never increased because it will just induce mania.

no psychedelics or any other mind altering substances should ever be taken when bipolar. Even on prescribed mediaction the relaps is waiting just around the corner, it could be weeks or months ahead or even a year ahead, but it will happen eventually more or less. The negativity in society, which on the subconscious level is greather than we think, or even around the globe, will also work as a buffer wich will also lead to relaps eventually. The elevated creativity and urge for sucess is the urge to change world to a better place, the "god like" feeleng that comes with bipolar is the urge to create world to a better place. The " spiritual seeking" is the urge to create a wolrd to a better place. The self destructive behavior and depression is the rebelious action to create world to a better place. The sexual urge in bipolar is the urge to create new offsprings to create world to a better place.
