I have been doing it the correct way you are showing, but my shaykh said dont detach my tongue, but bring it to the makhraj of ت when making ikhfa... so I'm really struggling with how to make ikhfaa by bringing the tongue to the makhaarij of the ikhfaa letters 😭
How to pronounce without tongue touching the back of the throat .. Front part of the tongue is kept down ..but back part is touching the upper palate .. How to avoid that ...pls make a vedio
With practice, you can definitely have control on the placement of your tongue so it does not make the touch up during ikhfaa, may Allah make it easy to you
For Ikhfa. 1) two clicks of time 2) Touch softly and not completely the makhraj of nuun . 3) when you pronunce next alphabet it should be pronounced correctly and should not be compromised while doing ikhfa . So if there is heavy letter after nuun then ikhfa will be stronger than if a light letter is combing . Try to listen Hudafiy and sheikh ayub . 3) point is not important as first two points

What do you mean? So it’s correct to touch the top pf the mouth while doing ikhfaa?
I am sorry to say it is not correct explanation. I can be wrong as well .
