FYI, all the steps you went through were very helpful, I watched a couple videos and I was confused how to get to certain locations, because I don't know the area well. Thanks a bunch, and keep up the good work.
FOR ANYONE WHOS CHESTS ARE NOT SHOWING UP the chest locations cycle every week depending on how strong the curse is in the dreaming city. For example, this week the curse is medium. So you'll need to look up a video for where the chests are when the curse is medium or whatever it is in the week you are doing the quest.

Really well done guide to this. Spending time in the Dreaming City has been some nice nostalgia going back to chasing Cursebreaker and running Shattered Throne with friends.

Thank you for this ypu actually showed how you got to each chest unlike a certain Kakis guy who just assumed we knew exactly where he was talking bout this was great to the point snd got it done in under 10 mins.
FYI: when doing the Petra one, go to the rocks beside the structure and hop up then jump onto the structure itself and claim the chest; grapple also works! Also, to the left of said rocks is a regional gold chest for the taking! Cheers!

I thought mine did also, then I realized I was on the week 3 rotation
Mine is glitched out on step 2. I can find only one of the areas and just as I’m to the end , the platforms stop showing up.
Also, I only have 0 of 3 chest’s available. The videos seem to show 7 chests.

I'm not super thrilled about spending all this season doing chores at the Dreaming City, but man, the art direction is stunning. It's kind of sad how they went from incredible stuff like the Dreaming City and Savathun's Throne World to generic cyberpunk Neomuna :/

Thank you for helping me remember, I just did the first 3 chest on each char vs going all over and completed the quest. just make sure you get the quest on all 3 chars. Heck, I only had to do 1 chest on my titan.

Thanks, i didn't have the triumph for finding all the chest for this particular week (or the others tbh). Now i have another reason to see if i can get the clan i'm in to do last wish. The other is due to the fact i play on xbox it's the last achievement i need to have 100%.

@@thisisntme5742 For the achievement i just need a clear. Just a matter of timing. That's why haven't asked the clan yet. Afraid to set things up then something happen before or during the raid and i have to leave. Don't want the shame of having people go through all that trouble just to not finish it. 😥

I was having the same trouble as most of you guys, doing it on week 3. The chest are on the lost sectors in the dreaming city. You just have to search a little for it.

You can jump up The rocks from behind the gazebo!
No platforms are showing up for me… yay…
Edit: depending on the curse level they will be in different areas.
On #3 once you jump over between those 2 tall rocks and start working your way around the left taller one, only 2 platforms are there for me then they just stop, making it effectively a dead end. Why would they give some of the platforms but not all when I'm rocking the tincture?
If you miss a week will you still be able to do all the wishes or only the current and future weeks
i have the ascendance buff but some of these chests aren't appearing for me, is this bugged?

If you're a Titan use you Lion Rampants, makes it so easy, can miss some of the stages of the jumping puzzles. :)
Where Petra is tells you what Curse level you are at.
As someone who has issues with jumping, you could have just climbed up the rock behind the gazebo.

You can easily cheese the one by the Gazebo. Just use your grapple and jump off the rock in front of it. It puts you right where the chest is.
What if you go there to do that mission and the platforms aint showing for you
Why does none of the platform spawn for me I used the tincture consumable thingy but none of it spawns for me
I will say my glob the amount of time it took to explore around the dreaming city to find all these secret pathways smh. I would've gave up on this quest. But right on to the one who found them

Question for anyone: I'm considering using a wish token on the Techeun Force, which an online article claimed is the best legendary solar fusion rifle. Yet I have the Royal Executioner with Killing6 wind and threat detector perks, and a range mod. The stats on mine aren't that different from those on the LW raid fusion rifle
Is it worth it then, to spend a wish token on the Techeun Force, if I already have a Royal Executioner with good perks and mod? BTW, I spent 1 wish token on the Apex Predator.
I'm pretty sure the Techeun Force is an Arc fusion rifle. (If that makes any difference on your decision.) As far as what's worth to spend your tokens on goes, I'd say it depends on your playstyle and what activities you like to run. Keep in mind that if you complete all the Wish challenges, you'll have 6 tokens in total to use. (The last week earns 2 tokens for completing every encounter of the dungeon) If your goal is to get one of the Raid weapons crafted, you'll need 5 total patterns. (So, if you already used one on the rocket launcher and you didn't have any patterns, you're going to need 4 more Apex Predators if you want to craft it.)
At the end of the day, there will be countless opinions on which one is "the best" but, in my opinion, you should definitely go for the one that will be the most fun/beneficial for you. Techeun Force isn't my first choice, but that doesn't mean it's bad. (It has great perks, actually) I hear tons of good things about the sniper rifle, probably a great gun but if I had one it would likely sit in my vault most of the time.
My suggestion is to earn the Wish tokens, save them, and then look up the weapon reviews to see what they do. I do the free chests each week so I'm saving the tokens until I see what I need at the end. (Pretty much what Ebontis and others recommend...makes the most sense to me. I got 2 red border Apex Rockets and a red border Chattering Bone yesterday just from opening the free chests. Doesn't always happen that way, but it's possible) CoolGuy does a good job of breaking down weapons. Any time I'm on the fence about crafting I check out his channel. Good luck and happy hunting.

I used my 1st wish token on the Apex Predator because the YT content creators use and swear by it. I also see players using the Techeun Force in pvp I got a Supremacy from the Last Wish final boss fight, but I don't use sniper rifles that much. So mine is also gathering virtual dust in my vault.
Maybe I'll just save the rest of my wish tokens as you suggested.
@@Noneya5555 No worries. All the raid weapons have great perks, and the God-roll of the Apex is definitely a valid chase. Honestly you can't go wrong with whatever you decide. I feel comfortable waiting to use the tokens because of the free chests, and sometimes the random drops have the exact perks I'm looking for. If you do the chests each week, by the end of the season you may have a couple weapons with multiple patterns and will be able to craft more than one. For example, right now I have a weapon with 3 patterns and a couple more with 2. With 5 tokens I'll be able to craft 2 of them. (Why commit to just one right away, when I could end up with 2 or more?) I'm just trying to be efficient because I'm mainly a casual, solo player who isn't really competitive. Not everyone finds the same value in the game and that's okay.
@@riandickason8791 My problem with Last Wish weapons is that I haven't played that raid, so I don't have any of the weapon patterns. I fact, I've played only 4 of the 8 raids, though I have played all the dungeons.
I've read that a majority of D2 players don't play raids. One reason for that could be that they don't own the dlcs that provide access to them. But I don't like playing raids because the transversal/jumping puzzles are too long, and just feel like filler. They also feel like lazy, cheap and easy means that Bungie exploits to make raids much harder and longer than they otherwise would be. And the RNG is just too stringent compared to other games. Also, I find the raid objectives mechanics to be too convoluted, silly and counter-immerserve.
It's unfortunate that Bungie locks the best weapons behind raids. So I was glad to see them offering this chance of obtaining the without having to slog through the raid, often to get only meh loot.
@@Noneya5555I think there are a lot of people who share your opinion regarding raids. I've done a handful over the years but haven't in a long time. I think I just stress myself out too much which may seem silly because most of my experiences have been good ones as far as people being friendly/patient goes. Happy hunting, take it easy, cheers.
I can't see to find any of these chests i have ascendance on, so im not sure why it's not working
I am trying to get the spine of Keres chest and I get to a certain point and the path stops appearing . I have followed several videos and they all show a platform
appearing that just doesn’t show up for me. I am still ascendant I can see the play form
