Cells festival super attack was just ok if not a bit underwhelming but now that it's on custom perfect cell where it has much greater stats to work with and stacking buffs it is now a completely evil move to get hit by as it demolishes health!

I mean it’s called Perfect attack, it being crazy in Xenoverse 2 and FighterZ can’t be a coincidence.
It was also in jump force
it is in fact, the perfect attack
It also combos with foward dash, not z vanish, dash, and light. Meaning it combos into basic combos, meaning it loops. Custom mentor cell has loops.
It also combos with ki blast cannon
And also cell has an xy that is better than whatever combo he was using in neutral... Also a simple perfect attack ki blast cannon ki blast cannon MELTS HP to an insane degree and keeps you out of range of most things
Goku blacks festival skill is also pretty much the same thing as cells only I am pretty sure Goku black is a better striker in the game
Him and Goku have the best combos ever but I think their kis are the same
@@derrickjuinor in terms of easiest to use mentors I think Buu or 18 are the best... Cuz for buu you just spam his festival skill and his super armor punches and you win... Cuz he has so much hp he is damn near unbeatable with super armor
Custom Cell definitely got hella buffed with this update. Perfect Attack, Gamma 2's busted soul, lvl 140 in general, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if more didn't start popping up as he was already one of the crazier customs in terms of options but now he's definitely eating good.
I havent got back into online yet, just trying to get max lvl, but if cell got that much better im gonna have a fun time. He was 1 of my anti tryhard options. Almost like bardock where i can just auto pilot vs anyone basically

Cell is good now, but also revisit majin buu and the android mentors... They all are actually cracked...
Dbs 17 specifically is actually interestingly good because its not because of his festival move as his normal version is SLIGHTLY better thanks to its speed being higher but the fact he has actual good combos on top of his super souls being CRACKED... He has the gammas ss and i think he also has kinda human like which means he would be EXTREMELY TANKY ON TOP OF BEING HARD TO HIT THANKS TO HIS SUPERS AND WEIRD COMBO STRINGS.
Android 18 is also good because you can rush an opponent and if you miss and they are about to rush in and hit you just use endless shot to backjump away and then your opponent misses and gets hit with the ki blasts instead which is insanely good with a character who has infinite ki thanks to super souls... You literally dont need stamina AT ALL because if you have enough ki regen you can just keep spaming endless shot and drain charges to evade getting combod and steal your opponents stamina all the time... Its like being goten with dont go all out but instead of needing a full knockdown you only need like 2 kicks before you can drain charge and even if they vanish before you steal THEY STILL GET HIT WITH ENDLESS SHOT
Then theres majin buu who has insane hp and his festival skill is suuuuper spam friendly and poisons them allowing you to get a MUCH easier poison off followed by using super armor and hp to tank everything in sight while also having really good stamina regen with certain super souls.... Your literally IMPOSSIBLE to kill
Perfect Attack can combo into fucking Ki Blast Cannon. Thank you Chincan for that trick.
I'm glad they finally decided to take care of the Modding problem like you cant Mod to level 199 anymore you can get to that level with Mods but it wont give you any stats increase now just those Giant Namekian mods are a problem hope they fix it soon.
I know Steeds isn't going back to PS but we got Seereax and Burcol. I'm Also glad they doing away with the 199 modders, but that doesn't stop the Multiple "Lady Ovakills" from still rocking the all 5 qq bangs with 1 shotting builds, and they need to hurry up with the Giant Namekians. A quick and easy fix for them is to switch the giant Awoken with a potential unleashed style awoken that is like super saiyan but ends on Orange. So you have Base, then (Yellow) Awakening, then Orange Awoken. Enhances all strikes and melee by 20-25 percent with a downside of excruciating ki regen. Like a negative 15 percent to ki regen or slows ki charging that isn't made through strikes. That will effectively take Giant out the game and replace it with something more balanced. Not saying Giant as an awoken isn't balanced just it's easily abused for modders.

Finally, the cell video! Yeah, this guy is super fun now, and him being even better and having 5* super souls brings a smile to my face. There are some moves I wish he had, but oh well, here’s hoping future gohan can get a similar treatment
I'm level 121 and I just picked up Cell. That Perfect Attack into Kamehamrha is a great bit of damage and an ivasive forcer!

I just discovered a new INSANELY BROKEN BUILD
Kioken + gigantic explosion + as much ki regen as you can muster + drain charge....
With this build you can go into kioken to gain access to gigantic explosion and since kioken allows you to not use stamina during moves that normally cost stamina outside of vanishes and evasives... Your suddenly UNTOUCHABLE as long as you have the ki to burn... So if your using say Divinity unleashed and being hyper aggressive your pretty much always going to have a nuke in your back pocket....
Just xy divinity unleashed and use kioken to exploit the new best ultimate in the game and now have fun going around with infinite "no i win" energy... IF THEY START COMBOING YOU JUST EXPLODE AND HEAVY DASH INTO DIVINITY UNLEASHED AGAIN TO MAINTAIN YOUR ENDLESS WELL OF POWER....
I think this works well as a ssj4 broly themed character because of the red and green auras...

How do you get and use festival moves?
During the Festival of Universes (which is not live ATM, and is online only), if you build Camaraderie with a character to level 5, you can have a battle with them which will unlock a preset for the character which has the festival move, and unlock it for use on custom presets, if the character has a custom preset.

Nah, they're just completely broken. They work whenever they want to and that's very rare. It's also a lot worse on the PlayStation version
