In position ONE , you were OK but then when you went to the second position up the path and past the sign which said " Closed for private event" 15:15 you were in the wrong especially since he asked you to leave and could of sited and arrested. There's a park near where I live that straddles a multi-use trail and they regularly have weddings there during which the participants- often intoxicated- completely block the trail and get aggressive with anyone trying to use it. This cop's conduct was unprofessional and unlawful. His agency desperately needs litigation.
If HWP chooses to sue, he'll be much more sympathetic to a jury if the city can't present videos of him pepper spraying people in other audits. More sympathetic = higher pre-trial settlement amount from the city. Not standing his ground and not getting arrested might also make this a more simple and quicker lawsuit.

San Francisco park rangers are Not law enforcement. They are civilian employees and park monitors. You are in a public place and have a right to stand your ground!

I was at a bus stop one time and a wedding reception was occurring at the property it was in front of, and these girls in like bridesmaids gowns came out and were smoking and asked if i had a light and then we were talking and they were super cool, the groom must have had a thing for them and it came out with its boys and was actually being super aggressive and controlling and demanding they come back and then asked who i was etc instead of asking me or addressing me who was right there and i spoke up i was just randomly here waiting and was talking with them but all was good, they were grown so its not even like they were minors etc. 1 complied but the other 2 flat out ignored it qnd were like "so anyways we were talking about Florida..." i seen actual nervous breakdown of not being obeyed occur in its face and eyes, even its boys were in shock and confused and telling it to just come back, its wife was waiting, the one it just married and it just stared psychotic at the one girl whose name is Desiree and didnt even say anything it was so unnerving as if it was imagining hurting her! This bus is notoriously late and runs every hour scheduled so it was a long, long time, and a weekend so it was definitely not coning fast. I ended up suggesting we could maybe all hang out including the one who left and the other one whose name is rita. I found out they were single and lived relatively close, but not really close, and it had actually went away but i could see it was still in sight and slowly came closer to gate with hedges to eavesdrop and its wife was now with it and then it was talking to staff insisting they do something to make me leave!!! It destroyed thousands of dollars worth of art and clothes she had, tried to give away her pets but they were chipped and she fortunately got them back. It them got a dui twice in 1 week, got kicked out of its brothers house and tried to come back to marla, drove its car into her carport pillar and caused it to collapse partially and fled. It was an utter nightmare and i dont think shes been in a relationship since and that was like 15 years ago lol. Im actually Facebook friends with her too. I wish you didn't let this joke win though, should have never complied with anything snd just ignored it.

That caused it to start screaming and i asked if it was her relative or something and she said "not at all, I'm not even close to him, im childhood friends with marla the bride snd only know him through her and have barely even spoke to him but never liked him and urged her to not be with him but i loce her and must protect her" etc. As this was happening my bus was finally coming and i said "i feel like i should stay and make sure you are all ok lol" she said theyd be fine and she was leaving with rita and her sister and then i stayed in touch with dez for years and even dated her later on a bit and still talk to her, never really hung out with the others besides the first few times we chilled but the marriage unsurprisingly didn't last, it actually left its wife at a resort in the Pocono mountains a few months after the wedding and drove back without her because it was mad she got food at the resort bar while it was away for the day and thought she was talking to men lol. It destroyed thousands of dollars worth of art and clothes she had, tried to give away her pets but they were chipped and she fortunately got them back. It them got a dui twice in 1 week, got kicked out of its brothers house and tried to come back to marla, drove its car into her carport pillar and caused it to collapse partially and fled. It was an utter nightmare and i dont think shes been in a relationship since and that was like 15 years ago lol. Im actually Facebook friends with her too. I wish you didn't let this joke win though, should have never complied with anything snd just ignored it.
