I agree, I proposed they must take an Oath of Truthfulness prior to speaking on the "floor". Ex: Senator Harry Reid openly said on the floor that Mitt Romney did not pay taxes. Reid had immunity for the words he spoke on the floor. Later Reid was asked about his lie, all Reid said was that it worked didn't it, Romney is not President. It they don't have Honor, obtain it through an Oath or take away their immunity on the floor.

There is no established historical or legal precedent regarding congressional power to enforce subpoenas against members of Congress.
A member of Congress has NEVER before been held in 'Contempt of Congress' (not even Adam Schiff for LYING over and over to the American people). The remedy for bad actions by Congress people is referring them for 'ethics' violations. Surely Shiff knows this but as usual he's LYING to Americans again. Civilians like Hunter Biden are held in 'Contempt of Congress' when they ignore a subpoena.
If Joe Biden is truly innocent of selling influence to our adversaries he should welcome an investigation to clear his name....but he won't because he's totally GUILTY.
