Wherever you find yourself, stand your ground in your blessed place and watch God surprise you every day as a reward of your faithfulness....
If you didn't match with a residency program, define your why ? Evaluate it, and if you know it aligns with your long term goals and that is the only way through it, GO FOR IT NEXT YEAR.
Otherwise, encourage yourself, apply to different roles, have an accountability partner whose goals align with yours, and keep on pushing each other to succeed. You will get that offer letter sooner than you imagine.
