We all know that as human beings we're attracted to people in the first instance because we like what we SEE so what's the problem? It's then up to the other individual to impress you with their qualities and values. Chilli is just openly expressing what EVERY woman secretly does which is to tick off the points on what I like to call the IML (Ideal Man List). The only guys that have a problem with a woman's list are the ones who don't measure up and try to label the woman as difficult or picky.
People only treat women this way, especially black women. Men can always have all these demands. There's nothing about her list that is bad. She is opening up, but I agree that she should not lower her standards.
