- DJ Akademiks and Freddie Gibbs have been going back and forth for almost four years now. At certain points Freddie was on top but lately Akademiks has been on a run. This beef just won't seem to fizzle out and for that reason I decided to document the entire drama. Freddie Gibbs recently got exposed by Fit Mami his ex girlfriend. She is currently pregnant and wrote a full expose on Twitter about him. Akademiks claimed he was going to pay Fit Mami $10,000 to name Freddie Gibbs child.,

I used to think Ak was the shit starter, but I carefully started watching and understood it’s the complete opposite most of the times. These rappers started seeing him as a punching bag and attacking him because they thought he was a weak target, and as soon as he responds, he’s the one to blame. He does some things wrong as well, but realistically, they start it most of the times.
