Malai Paneer Korma | मलाई पनीर कोरमा शाही | Kunal Kapur Ramadan Recipe | Shahi Paneer Recipes Hindi

- Malai Paneer Korma is a creamy curry made with boiled onions with no fuss at all. Cook & share how it turns out.
Rogan used here is the oil that surfaces while cooking Indian dishes. You can collect & use this flavourful oil but if you want to make it then heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan. Once hot remove the pan from heat & add Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp and leave it for 10min. Now, this chilli oil is Rogan.
Ingredients
Water - 2 cup
Onion (medium) - 6 nos
Ginger - tiny piece
Garlic cloves - 7-8 nos
Green chilli- 2nos
Black cardamom - 1 no
Shahi Jeera - 1tsp
Cardamom - 3 nos
Cashewnuts - ½ cup
Peppercorn - 5-6nos
Curd - 1 cup
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Water - a dash
Milk - 1 cup
Green chilli slit - 1 no
Ginger julienne - a pinch
Mace (javitri) powder - a pinch
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Paneer cubes - 2 cups
Rogan - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - a pinch

Very easy to make recipe, I added boiled carrot, beans, cauliflower and peas to this as well and skipped the rogan and javitri powder. Everyone loved it in my home. Thank you for sharing

heat oil on medium flame and add some red chilly powder...after adding chilly powder immediately remove it for the flame...Your Rogan is ready..
