Great gun you have, make a piston sleeve out of a smooth plastic fizzy drinks bottle, it may only need one, just try until there is no play between the spring and piston, makes a huge difference, the 97 and 77 definitely better than the 95s, there good because of being lightweight, but the weight of say the 97 soaks up the recoil.
I’ve recently been seriously thinking about getting back into shooting after many years, and have been looking at the HW95. Would you highly recommend? Cheers

I have the hw 77 's in .177 and .22. Both long versions. They both group exceptionally well with the JSB Exact Jumbo heavies. Hole in hole at 25 yds.
