So many awesome masterpieces in Florida, this is just another one. If I had a billion dollars, I still couldn't decide which spectacular mansion and location I would want to live at, there's just so many to choose from. Enjoyed the video.

Beautiful, but what happens there during major storms, especially tropical storms and hurricaines? Must the place be evacuated? Does it get destroyed and to be rebuilt? Other? I'd live to live at a place like that, but these are my concerns. Oh, and would there be reliable high speed internet available year round?

Agree. Too much of the house is the kind of square cornered, white painted, bland, STERILE, ick that does not lend itself to warmth and homeliness. The kitchen is functional but esthetically SUCKS! The den/office or whatever it is has beautiful wood cabinetry but that is one of the few acceptable rooms in this motel décor residence. Were I to purchase this property, I would revel in its location and magnificent Gulf Front exterior, but would gut most of the residential structure and turn it into a proper home. Any offer would reflect those necessary upgrades.

Must of run out of money & couldn't afford paint & wood trim!!!!!
Another couple of mil. Just getting paint & proper millwork done, but would be worth it in the end.
