Excited for the next video. My father is Cebuano but I don’t know anything in Cebu that’s why I’m learning from your vlog the places to go to in Cebu. Planning to visit Philippines next year (Cebu and Bohol).❤
Mactan Island, at least for the most parts, can be very intimidating because of the traffic and the noise and the more chaotic constructions.. ..but you dive right in, have fun, and talk to the people. Also I like that you stay in one area for a bit longer than others. I like travellers who take their time and doesnt jugde to early, take time to explore and are positive :) By the way when you go to the ferry next time, take the street between the Mercury Drug and the Basketball court, then you come to Opon Plaza which is very lively and filled with locals in the evenings :) But maybe you found out yourself on the way back. Another ferry you should try is the one that goes to Olango Island. Either Angasil Port or Hiltion Port - ask the driver. The island is very close to Mactan but much more relaxed, nice getaway for a daytrip :) Ferry doesnt cost much.
I'm impressed with your resourcefulness in terms of navigating around Cebu using public transportation. I bet most regular local persons are not familiar with your trips. I don't even know ferries between Cebu and Mactan island still exists. I only know it existed way back 60s and 70s but i thought it no longer serves its purpose after a couple of bridges were built.

Thank you for the great comment, we do like to explore and will look up Olango,
@@BryanDiscoversWorld You're welcome. Over there is a bicycle rental, its a good way to get around, as the island is not that big - and flat.
That sounds like a great idea@@i-am-your-conscience

Thank you, the traffic on the bridges is so bad, it is better to take the ferry.
It's Fiesta of Lapu-lapu city. The city is celebrating the feast of Our Lady of Rule or Birhen sa Regla in Bisaya dialect.
Thank you for the information
funny thing is there are tons of Crocs in the market but you cant see that many people wearing them.😆
That is so true, thanks
Wow great so many interesting stuff and food in Lapu-Lapu public market (mercado) just like in Carbon market in Cebu City.
Thanks, I still have to visit Carbon market
