I've always wondered why cut the stems off the mushrooms? My family never did while I was growing up so this is new to me.
I know for some type of mushroom, the stem is very chewy and tough. Great for flavor or but not eating.
how can i make this if i just use a miso soup packet?
it is soy milk?
