Creative is better but price also. Pluto is low budget speaker.
is there a power cable. or does it take the power from the pc.Also is USB cable sufficient for 2.1 audio or is the aux cable better for audio
No power cable. Its usb powered speaker. Connect the usb cable to pc/laptop/mobile charger & use it. Here usb cable is not for audio, only for 5v powersupply.

Pc doesnt need bluetooth. You can connect this speaker to pc using 3.5mm cable. But if you want bt2150 you can go for that. That has wooden cabinet so you will get better bass.
