IT IS FINALLY HERE! After all these years lol, my first tutorial started getting some traction and I got a few requests for a sequel, so here it is guys! :D This time we are learning how to play with Thunder! If you like this content please support the channel so it helps me keep going! Thank you for all the love! Here's a tutorial to show you the basics and some advanced techniques with Thunder. Air Kicks, resets, infinite ultras and Shadow Moves are not shown here. That said, I show you how to do a triple juggle and a combo breaker with Thunder! I also made a similar tutorial with Fulgore, should you want to train with the robot next!

So this year I will push more KI content than ever before (at least I will try!) I already started with 2 full playthrough of the gameboy version on Very Hard Difficulty! When you do the heavy aerial headbutt with the dive attack how do you do the reverse dive attack on 2:10?
It depends on your position in the air. Thunder crosses an invisible line that tells the game if you are located on the left or the right side of your opponent. Since he is on the left side while in the air, the Dive attack goes right (towards the enemy). Cinder can do something similar with his Double Trailblazer in the air. You can see how to do that in my Cinder Tutorial.

All his moves are not very responsive in my opinion haha I don't really like this character tbh 😂
I did the first 2 And The Third one is Hold back Medium I did it and I messed up on hold Back or forward How it goes Let me know
I am not 100% sure what you are talking about? If you are talking about the combo, basically, similar to Riptor, Thunder can actually perform his linker if you're Holding Forward + Back (P/K), instead of Holding Backward and going forward like most other characters. You know, with Fulgore for example, you need to hold back + Forward Kick to do his slide...but if you do the opposite, hold forward and then back + kick, it won't do anything. That is why Riptor and Thunder are so strong combo-wise, their strength comes from their linkers. Actually, I think you can practice that outside of a combo....With Thunder, just hold forward, and then press back + punch, you will do his combo starter, the same way you would hold back. Now, for the combo in the video, you hold back, then when you press forward, you keep your finger on forward the whole way, even when you press High Kick! After High Kick, then you can press Backward + M Punch! :) In my Riptor Tutorial, the combo is very similar but it's better explained: czcams.com/video/6bQ3YYDzpBc/video.html

@@terrycaleb2817 yea exactly! You need to hold forward! You press Back AFTER High Kick is done (the knee strike as you call it).

@@terrycaleb2817 yep, all good, you don't need to hold back at MP tho, you can just press back it's fine. And then you continue with L Kick etc. ^^
