    Hi Team,
    I am vinod recently purchased AC 1.0 TON Ac from Amazon received on 10 May 24. As per rules Installation should happen with in 24 hrs.. But no response received from Agents.
    Due to this Improper response from Agent Your Brand name is getting down. Try to Improve your Agents and provide proper solution to customer.
    Kindly Resolve my issue ASAP

    Ohh! There are so many negative reviews for after sales service, i think people are facing real problems when they need service. And lloyd don't take care of it...😲

    I purchased a Lloyd air conditioning unit on April 24th, 2023, and I have been facing issues with it since March 2024. Despite raising regular complaints since March 2024, Lloyd has not resolved the problems. On April 27th, 2024, they informed me that my AC is out of warranty.
    On May 23rd, 2024, the AC completely stopped working. I raised a complaint the same day and have been calling and emailing daily, but no one has come to resolve the issue. This has been particularly unbearable given the temperatures reaching 47-48°C.
    Additionally, I advise against buying Lloyd ACs because they do not honor their commitments. The customer care team might offer an extended one-year warranty in exchange for a positive review, but they do not follow through on this promise.
    Better to avoid Lloyd AC altogether.

    Don't buy anything from lloyd.
    The worst experience ever after sales service is literally shit.
    I bought my window ac 15 days back. From day 1, I am facing problems, I called customer care many times, but they are just promising to resolve the issue, but upto now they are nowhere near the solution.
    Worst brand with shit products.

    Lloyd ACs are the worst. They don't honor their warranty and their after-sales service is terrible. I've been waiting for over six days for a technician to fix my AC, with no help despite repeated complaints. Avoid Lloyd ACs at all costs.
