Ur not there to WIN in sparring ur there to PRACTICE, LEARN, LOSE , tap out on top of conserving ur energy for tomorrows training and not getting injured before competition etc. Any high lvl champions constantly loses or taps in sparring cause if they didnt they would burn out doing 25hours of matt time a week and u simply have to go 30-40percent v fresher guys going 90 at times who will get the better of u..u also shud seek putting urself into inferior positions and working out of them which leads to u getting tapped GnP and beaten all the time but in the end ur going to improve in those positions while ur GYM KING partner will not..in the end the GYM KINGS lose in competitions and the guys they whoop become the champions in competitions lol..learn this lesson before u get steamrolled
