Today's the day the Missouri madman Otis Boyle finally gets executed. The Warden and his Captain of the Guards, York, have been looking forward to this for years, but they could never have prepared themselves for his last request. As Warden insists upon fulfilling their most notorious inmate's twisted demand in the name of "tradition" and "protocol," York struggles to keep up in order to keep his job -- no matter how much it asks of him.

Wow. I mean, holy fkg WOW. This is a really great piece. All around - from paper to lighting to people. Script: check. Lean, no fat, no waste. Direction : I can't see you doing it, so great job. Actors: ditto, and picking out Tim Marks for short film Oscar. Tech: top fkg notch. Cameras, lighting, sound - I'll eat my hat if you folks aren't working pro's. Very polished piece of work, everyone.

Makes one wonder what's really right & what not & here it's up to the viewer to make that choice . Personally they did the right thing in the wrong way when this looney killer knew that was not human he was fed , should have hit up the morgue first. Sad ending for the poor guy trying to hang on to his F'd up job & i was hoping it would be a taste of the warden he would end up with not the poor fool that just followed . All that & he downs a handful of his pills , so if he dies perhaps his last meal WILL be the warden ... Hey nice touch when we see the Grim Reaper as he's walking into the prison but shame on him for doing nothing but look at him. Hmmm wonder what the Reaper would have tasted like to that looney killer.
