Hey! A friendly tip:- If you're indian you can use the tadka wala bhartan if you know what I mean and u can easily remove it from the stove again and again to prevent the sugar paste from burning

Its because its overcooked.dont leave sugar on the stove without stirring.stir it continuously.once its light brown .remove it from stove and try pouring little amount on cold surface and check if it stretches.if its stretching its ready .if its hard pour more water and cook a bit more

Hi, I don’t think this recipe works because it seems to have wayyy too much water compared to the sugar, that’s why the wax at the end looks so thin, which may be ok if ur using strips, but u should definitely try the other recipes on CZcams I have tried some other ones and it actually turned out a good consistency
