I also forgot to add that about a month before getting back on Effexor, when my meltdowns and panic attacks were reaching their worst, I was prescribed Seroquel/Quetiapine (an antipsychotic). I was supposed to take it every time I felt my emotions getting too high. This was like being hit with a truck. Completely knocked me out after taking it and felt like a zombie the next day. I luckily have not needed to take it in a few months now.

It's so good to have you back, it's also inspiring for you to make a video like this explaining absense and your personal struggles. Now, since the video just came out I haven't seen it yet but I can imagine the topics and the courage to talk about this.
Thanks for coming back and making a lot of people peaceful and well rested!

A series about your journey with mental health issues sounds like a great idea and I'm here for it. And I'm sorry about what you had to go through from such a young age. Hoping for the future to be a lot kinder to you 💕
