I've met Felissa a lot as well. I bought a three film set of all the Carrie films except 2013. That was the Sunday I passed on Days Of The Dead cause I went the first two days. I then a week later found a three film set of the same three Carrie films but with a different art work. At the Goodwill.
I bought a Blu Ray copy from Zia Records Horror bin they used to have of Ash Vs The Evil Dead and then at Wal Mart, I bought all three seasons on regular DVDs.
Dawn of the Dead 4K (Second Sight) is still available from HMV for £39.99. It's not the Limited Edition but it still comes in a sturdy hard case. Not sure what the shipping charge would be.

I don't think the Scream Factory Poltergeist III not having a slipcover is really a concern. The license actually ran out before Shout Factory themselves ran out of copies with slipcovers. I actually still have it factory sealed.
Pretty sure I have all those Species movies direct from Scream Factory during one of their sales. Idk why that stupid Re Animator was so scarce, I always wanted it because of having both cuts of the movie. They need to do a reissue

I, like many others, have the Return Of The Living Dead Collector's Edition with the slipcover, and I have the Arrow Steelbook of Re-Animator, still factory sealed, which is at least maintaining or exceeding its original price. The Suspiria Synapse Steelbook is also pretty high up there now, including being listed for far more than I once paid for it new at a point when the Amazon Canada price was far higher than it had been previously because they were the only ones that still had it new.
I have the dvd of stigmata. Had it in my collection for years. Is that edition worth anything? Same with disturbing behavior. Have the dvd of that one too. Another one that's worth quite a bit is high spirits with Steve Guttenberg. Got that on dvd too.

Dawn of the dead is a prime example of why to sell out of print Blu ray and DVDs. VHS is different since it's never coming back.

I think the scream factory blu-rays were going out of print because of mgm, because most of the releases that went oop were ones from mgm.
I have as Scream Factory Halloween 2 and Candyman on Blu Ray and They Live on DVD. I also have Itsy Bitsy and The Funhouse Massacre to name a few.
the double feature of Carrie is is worth $89.99 on amazon right now and i have it and paid only just under $16 for it

Slip covers are dumb. Blu rays shouldn’t come with them. I throw all mine out
