Good interesting vid Shawn. Your DVD room reminds me of the size of my VHS collection back in the day. I also had a fairly large DVD collection but had to downsize. Fortunately, I now get the digital versions and put them on an external hard drive. Not the best way for someone who has an addiction to collecting physical medium, but storage is becoming difficult.
Any film with a soundtrack by Tangerine Dream is a winner.

One I didn't see in your collection is Games (1967) with James Caan and Katherine Ross. An absolute classic and profoundly twisted film I've been looking for on DVD for 15 years and finally got a copy when it was released as one of the Universal's Vault Series films. It's been re-released by Shout Factory but, I believe the Vault Series copy is rather to come by now.

The “Creepshow 2” Limited Edition purple slipcase Blu-ray set is definitely one of my prized titles in my collection. Only limited to a 1000.

8:30 Hey Shawn just to let you know that those Demons 1 and 2 steelbooks from synapse films are also out of print. They were expensive when they came out and they go for a lot more now. I believe they were limited to 3,000 copies.

What a collection of Horror movies you have theres so many i haven't seen but would have so much fun watching but i did buy Near Dark and Leviathan which are some of my favourites they cost me a small fortune but i guess it depends how much you want it and how rare they are so it was good to know from watching you going through your unreal collection what was and thank you for sharing takecare

Girls Gone Dead was a great movie. I am keeping an eye out for a reasonably priced copy. Loved Dolls. I actually own that one. Years back, I remember seeing The Clown At Midnight/ Phantom Racer dvd at Walmart for five dollars, and, never got it. Never would have thought it would be this expensive now.
I would say the most expensive dvd I own is Dr Giggles. The most expensive blu ray I own is the original Mother's Day.

There's something so wonderful about the 80s/90s early 2000s horror movies. I've found some neat finds in believe it or not, the Walmart DVD bargain bins. Awesome collection.
I've found all 3 Sleepaway Camp's in the Walmart bins. $5 dollars each.

Hey Shawn Great collection of horror movies. Dude I shouldn’t have opened my copy of Dead Alive if I knew that went out of print. But I’m happy to have it in my collection. I pay too much for Sleepaway Camp II like $166 without a slipcover and Sleepaway Camp 3 I got that for $57 without a slipcover. I had to download a Blu-ray rip copy of Disturbing Behavior so happy to have at least a good quality version of that movie. I definitely wanna check out Clownhouse. Cemetery Man is incredible. I only have a copy I made from a rip that was put online years ago. I'm pretty sure you have a BD of this under the title of Dellamorte Dellamore.
Blue Sunshine is still available on Filmcentrix's website and is easily one of the most packed out and coolest blurays I own. It is getting a 4k release, but honestly I dont think the picture quality is going to outweigh the packaging of filmcentrix release. If you're a fan of Cronenberg, it's a must watch

I've found three copies of Near Dark at thrift and video game stores. Not hard to find in the wild apparently.
How do you determine whats out of print? I always assumed it meant whatever isn't pressed anymore. But that would mean literally every dvd thats not being printed anymore in that particular edition. So that means my special edition Star Trek the motion picture dvd is out of print AND my The Happening dvd?
Well some movies that are super common and are out of print dont really hold much value. It has alot more to do with what they are worth and that kinda stuff

I saw your 4K version of Brawl in Cell Block 99, the cheapest one I could find was like $60 lol but I found the alternate cover dvd version at Walmart for now

Braindead ( dead alive) is my all time favorite movie! I am so hyped to finally being able to watch it again if there is a re release. I still have the vhs tape but it's almost broken so I don't wanna watch it again because of it. Nice collection too!

Some great films there. I had no idea some of them were rare or out of print. Just for reference as you mentioned for one of them. You can tell if a film is from the uk, as we have to have the BFFC certificate rating listed on the cover, spine and back. If it’s not on there, it’s likely to be a European release.

I always used to see Disturbing Behavior and The Guest go for $8 on Amazon some years back, but then they vanished from Amazon entirely. Listings are there, but almost never available.
I totally did as well. It’s always funny how something you see all the time suddenly can fully go out of print
The house with the laughing windows is an Italian horror movie out print. Check out the out of print blind dead box set.

The slip cover for day of the dead is still included I recently took advantage of their cabin fever sale and bought a bunch of blu rays and mine had it

hello i know you mostly focus on horror movies ...but I have a question about in old 80s dancing show called dancin on air then ..later on became dance party usa ..named after the cable channel USA do you know if it ever was released on vhs or dvd its one of those really rare tv shows that juxt got lost that many people don't know about...if you don’t know do you know who I can talk to about it are where I can look it up at .thank.
I dont recall ever hearing about it on dvd ill look into it though.

Bio-Zombie is hilarious, very rarely hear anyone mention it, I also love and own Children of the Night on DVD and have never seen it for sale again anywhere to buy!
I saw Office Killer in there. I think that's OOP. Oddly, I think Tim Ritter's Truth or Dare? (on VHS) is my most valuable horror movie, even though you can buy it on DVD now. Oh...and I just received Scream Factory's Invasion of the Body Snatchers...going OOP this year (one of my favorites:)
I have the Indicator Powerhouse edition of Body Double. I agree great film, I just watched it last weekend actually.

Hi, when you saw Thinner, do you feel the story is same as part story of your life?
That's the Canadian release of Martyrs (2008). It is out of print, and goes for around $60-$80 now.
I don't have a huge collection but the 2 that are probably worth the most are both Arrow limited editions. Nightbreed and The Ring box set. They both go for upwards of £100 now.

Mentioned this before on your recent Horror Collection video but Dawn of the Dead (1978) is my most valuable Blu-ray in my collection. I just received the Blu-ray for Fantasia/Fantasia 2000 this past week and it was $40 on eBay (it was in good condition with a slipcover and inserts and one with at least a reasonable price).

How do you find out if you have a out of print movie? I heard the 5 movie collection of the original pink panther movies are out of print
And I think RPM and Rule#3 and Redlined and Redline Is out of print I know none of those are Horror

Where would I found The Silence of the Lambs full 2 hours and 18 minutes version cause nowadays they only have 1 hour and 58 minutes .
That from Dusk Til Dawn with Full Tilt Boogie you have, how many discs is it?
It's all on one disc, unfortunately, so each feature is compressed more than it should be. The quality isn't that great. Better than DVD but nowhere near what it could be.

Quicksilver Highway is a childhood favorite of mine and I'm so glad I was able to snatch a copy up before it went oop. I saw a blu of Dark Half and if it's the Shout Factory release its OOP. I tried to buy it recently and found that out.
