Dr Mike is insightful and speaks of the things many of us struggle with. I enjoyed this discussion thank you both. I am trying to address my health and weight management without damaging myself for the first time in 40 years, in a curious and compassionate way. Thank you for discussing what is challenging me right now, and giving me some extra encouragement to keep looking after myself in the right way ❤

Hey, I just finished watching this episode of what they don't tell us. In my opinion, you asked very profound and tricky questions. Especially at 31 minutes in. But I find, that the Doctor was holding back and was not coming out of his shell. Maybe its just my perception. This is not on you btw. But I think, you came out very powerful and I got an insight more from you than from him, the way you asked the questions and what you expressed yourself. Well done !
