I'm a Ghanaian and I want to start a tech podcast but these items might just be expensive if you convert dollars to cedis. Can I get cheaper but good options.
Have you looked at the new Black Magic micro studio g2? I was considering the fx30 but at $800 less this seems like a fantastic option for those of us who only do studio production

a budget version of his video would be nice. I'm sure most small podcasters don't have a spare $7,500 laying around to build this type of setup.
Work with what you have if that's too much for you. Just a starting point to see what one would need. It's pretty simple. (And helpful for folks starting)

This is the solution I’ve used for small space low profile solution.
I use a similar set-up. Though my monitor (Asus ProArt PA247CV) has its own power source and is the one actually powering my MacBook. The monitor also has USB ports, which I connect my camera, mic and StreamDeck to. Just one lighting cable from the monitor to my Macbook connects my computer to the entire set-up.

When the Sony FX30 is connected via USB and being used as a webcam, are you able to use the Sony Imaging Edge to control camera settings? Slick setup, especially like that Elgato Mic arm and SM7DB 🤙🏻

Do you guys recommend streaming in 4K or go with 1080P when doing live streams? I have experienced some lagging with 4K and thinking if I really need to go 4K streaming or can just go with 1080P instead. What's your point on this? Thank you!

I have a Sony ZV-E10 and began using the USB-C webcam feature in StreamYard for convenience. I'm using a RODEcaster Pro 2 for my audio source with XLR Podmics. I have noticed that using the webcam functionality creates a delay between the video and audio in StreamYard, not only in a live stream but also in the Recording feature of StreamYard. If I use the Sony ZV-E10 with the elgato Camlink 4K, there is no delay. Have you guys experienced anything like this?

Can I use my sony A7c to replace the FX30?
I don't use any Apple products. I use S22 Ultra to record. I just purchased Galaxy Book 3 Pro for editing and all things CZcams. What do you think about the Book 3 Pro for editing and Live Stream?

Thank you for your video. I have quite a nice setup but just need a light and diffuser to make things more interesting. Quick question though. How is the Sony FX30 with heating when livestreaming? My Sony ZV-1 tends to overheat after an hour and a half, needing to cool down after a while.
You are welcome! The FX30 has a built in fan, so overheating is not an issue!

I got ZV E10 after watching several of your videos. I also have a Rode NGT4 mic I bought a while ago (XLR). What solution do you propose to have the XLR mic integrated directly to Sony ZV E10? Appreciate it.

There are better microphones than the Shure SM7B. For $50 extra, you can get the Electro-Voice RE-20. If you want to expend less money, the Maono PD400 X is a solid option; which not only has XLR connection, but also USB and digital processing.

There are 2 XLR inputs on the handle, so you can plug up to 2 mics into your camera

Instead of naming it as simple stream setup, you might have called it as expensive live stream setup. I think it will be the right title fot this video.
Will that Podcast mic really sound that much better then a Rode Wireless Pro?
In short yes the shure sm7db does sound better but they serve different purposes. This is a more ideal setup for podcasting since you don't need to worry about attaching the mic or power!

Far too expensive as a setup for me Lovely setup nice and clean but not an option for me.

Audio: a lot of white noise.
The FX30 preamp / built in preamp on the sm7db seems to give a lot of white noise.
Audio is a bit hissy tbh.
