there's something about this song that is so ominous yet vibey. like, it has that dark side to it. set me free wasn't really my style but this is definitely making me look forward to the rest of the album. and the DESIGN... the whole thing fit him so perfectly and I love the mullet on him. ICONIC i am at a loss for words on this one.
True though true, I was surprised though, he made his first song the hard hitting "O.N" vibe and then released this artwork but more like a lofi type song if you ask me. Like you said, this is going to be many peoples favorite on the Album.

This mv is inspired by his favourite movie Like Crazy, were the main characters have a heart breaking broke towards the end (but they last ends up together but not much love they had before). So he is portraying that emotion about loosing someone you really loved like exactly in the movie.

I see 80's vibe, that mullet is sexy and I feel like this could be the OP of Stranger things season whatever. But yeah the voices off are cut from the movie " Like crazy" which is the inspiration for this song. The whole album is real art for me but honestly, I think everybody will find something he/she likes. His music doesn't have gender or boundaries it can fit all.

I was re-watching the mv and my thoughts about this particular part is making me go CRAZYSo the girl in the MV was playing the hardware version/ part of jimin he didn't want to FACE and at the end, he finally accepts her that's why his own hand is muddy instead because his personas are finally one."She" is his reflection. That's why they never come into contact in the MV, they move basically in sync.It's why when they see each other it cuts to him seeing his reflection in the mirror.

I believe this is inspired by the movie, "Like Crazy." That might be the dialogue from the movie at the beginning/end. My take is that he was at home and his negative thoughts were dragging him down. The party was him trying to move away from it and enjoy himself, but he got sucked by into the darkness throughout and at the end. He could never truly rid himself of it, even though him was doing his best to forget. I love your channel and reactions!
