    The extra small bowl of soup with waton was given as part of the dry noodle set, soup meant to drink and ease the spicyness as dry stir noodle tend to add on chilli paste, we do not pour the soup with the dry noodle,that is weird 😂😂😂

    Singapore is beyond amazing guys, such a beautiful city. Come to Lombok island and Rote island, it's not that far from Singapore just next to Bali, and do some surf retreat there, beaches and waves are also nice there. Safe travels .

      @@kyleandmadie my pleasure Kyle and madie. When it comes to surfing, Indo is 👍. Just open Indo map, surfing waves are breaking along Indo south coast from very north tip of Sumatera to banyak to telo to mentawais all the way to Timor for Indian ocean swells for thousands of km. And from Morotai island to Biak island for arguably smaller west pacific swells. For beaches in Lombok, Rote and even Sumba, well you can see it by yourselves online 😉

      we have not had any problems getting sick from eating food! We did have food poisoning in Turkey back in October, but that is all! Singapore is nice because you're actually able to drink the tap water there. Everywhere else we have been it has been a big no no :)

    You can use your credit card or your phone apple/Google pay to take public transport.
    There's no need to buy a separate transport card

    • @kyleandmadie
      @kyleandmadie  Před rokem

      we actually weren't able to do that because our foreign credit cards don't have a special symbol on them! We weren't even able to re-up our transport cards with a credit card, we had to go to the counter and pay cash!

    Food from the hawker centres are cheaper because their stall rentals are heavily subsidised by the Singapore Government.

    Singapore split from malaysia in 1965. So glad both nations moved forward together with similar culture and food.

      Yes!!! That really is amazing!

    • @keangwooichoo6138
      @keangwooichoo6138 Před rokem

      @Kyle and Madie unfortunately the split was due to racial issues because singapore has more Chinese, Malaysia has more malays. Singapore wants meritocracy for everyone, Malaysia having a poor majority race needed to assist the poor malays because they were far behind the minorities. This is due to so many villages in Malaysia that needed help compared to a small singapore. The original inhabitants also need to include borneo too. So there is a difference in racial policies of affirmative action.

    Most East Asian cities are like Singapore, even bigger, more skyscrapers, more modern infrastructure and spotless. Wait until you visit Tokyo, Seoul, Shenzen, Shanghai, Hong Kong etc.

    • @kyleandmadie

    • @uwet.8826
      @uwet.8826 Před rokem

      Singapore does not build skyscrapers for the sake of doing so. To build a new skyscraper, it has to pass the surrounding traffic assessment criteria. We don't like to be caught in traffic jams in the carpark just to get out of the building.

      1. CHINA
      2. USA
      3. SOUTH KOREA

      5. MALAYSIA, merdeka 118 is no 2

      U're absolutely wrong! Not most south east Asia cities are like Singapore! Look at Myanmar, Vietnam,Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, all these countries do not have many skyscrapers & modern infrastructure! U mentioned Tokyo,Seoul,China, HK, these countries are Asia,not south east Asia. Please get more knowledge and information before u simply wrongly comment here dude!

      @@loosookwai The problem with you is your grammar and reading skills are low - you can't even form a proper grammatically correct sentence or understand English fluently. Please SLOWLY re-read what I wrote - nowhere did I mention "southeast" Asia. It is something you created in your mind like when you're hearing voices. No one is out to get you. Just stay calm and read SLOWLY and you will see that you created all of this in your own mind. It didn't exist in my post.
