The reason for not painting during the monsoon is that the moisture in the air will get caught up on the primer/base coat and this might induce bubbles.
MSK bro I think Ravi uncle told you correct. Actually now the weather is wet. So if you do paint job now of polo, it will take too much time and polo may rust. Not sure of rusting, but the job done in wet season and job done in other seasons, differ a lot. It is my suggetion, because we make WOODEN STATUES, so the painting takes double the time, compered to other seasons

Never colour urs car during rainy season bcs the paint takes time to dry n its good during sunny seasons
The paint has various layers which solidifies over a period of few days. The moisture created in the environment due to rains might seep in these layers and damage your paint. Also, there are various chemicals trapped in the clouds (carbon monoxide, etc - vehicle smoke) which comes down when it rains and will react with the paint. This gives you a second reason not to paint during rainy season.

For cycle chain rust use WD40 spray and clean with cloth after 5mins then use chain lube 👌 all rust will go off.

I am a graffiti artist. Monsoon is worst time to use enamel paint as it takes a lot of time to dry from inside on normal room temperature. Due to moisture in air the paint won't dry properly later causing rust or chip off. In good painting rooms the temperature is maintained to dry the paint evenly. Those will be best to get your car painted and not locally. If you want to paint locally starting of winter is best 👌

In general, getting any kind of paint job done during monsoons is not advisable. Reason being, the paint would take more than the usual time to dry up completely because of the humidity and moisture in the air and there is always this possibility of air pockets getting formed and at some later point in time that would eventually result in the paint job getting flaked. Said so, people do get good paint jobs done on their vehicles even in monsoons. If you are planning on getting it done then do ensure, the paint job is done in a closed paint shop with ample ventilation. And once the paint job is over, you need to give good enough time for the paint to cure properly and dry up completely.

Brother ideally you should not take up paint jobs in rainy season since moisture can spoil the paint and the whole car’s paint quality will be ruined. Still if you want then go for paint job where paint room is there. There dehumidifier is there so chances of moisture are very minimal

I would say no for paint job atleast in monsoon, however if you do It through a well reputed who's work actually shows quality you might try them, but after that please make sure you have a ceramic coating
Rainy season may nhi krna chaiye agar urgency hai tohot chember paint karwalo nhi to kich din ruk jao. Nhi to 1 sal baad color mai thora thora funsi type ka ho jayega

Get your car painted at a workshop where they have a heated paint booth. This will result in better paint finish. I have a 2012 car & its still is in showroom condition after a repaint in 2019.

Never Paint your vehicle's in Rainy Season, paint doesn't dry well in humid conditions. if you are good friends with your mechanic they will always advice against getting vehicle painted during monsoon season so avoid of you can if you are doing paint job via local car mechanic local repair shop, if you are doing paintwork done by some car detailing studio then if you trust them enough you can go ahead
