Ghee Roast is from Mangalore/Karnataka. Think Bengalis will also love Mangalorean Chicken/Mutton pepper masala. I am from Mumbai, and prawns koliwada is super, especially with drinks. Also, fish rava fry, which is a Konkani prep, will go down very well with Bongs imo. Also a Rajasthani Laal Maas can be introduced, as Bongs love mutton too.
The best ghee roast chicken in mangalore is served in restaurant in mangalore is village. And its tulu / mangalore dish.

Chicken Ghee Roast is not come from Kerala, which is comes from Mangalore, Karnataka.
I second that. Ghee roast is typically from Karnataka. While chicken roast can be predominantly found in Kerala, there's barely any ghee in it and has a very different preparation.

Once I was living near BTRoad, now in Mumbai and near Koliwada, but no such Maharastrian kabab available here names on Koliwada, but in Sion-Koliwada area Punjabi's Kabab are famous, and lots of Punjabi's kabab restaurants are here in Guru TegBahadur Nagar, Sion Koliwada, Mumbai-22

The food looks good! However one quick correction as I find it to be repeated a couple of times. Chicken Ghee Roast isn't from Kerala. It's from Kundapur, Karnataka. Close to Udupi. Being a Bengali staying in Karnataka for almost 1.5 decades, ei incorrect information ta nite parlam na😝. Also, it didn't look like ghee roast to start with. Love Foodka!

As far as my knowledge goes Mir, I am from Bombay and the koliwada prawns is not a Maharashtrian dish, Punjabis started this in a place called Koliwada in Bombay, after the partition happened in 1947.

Rocky and Mayur of Kolkata food series. Can you tell me which is very authentic way to eat biriyani by hand or by spoon. Mutton always win race against chicken. I m not huge fan of kebabs but some how Masala 21 has good range of kebabs. So thankyou for this video. It was just pleasant. Indranil da was looking tall dark and handsome. Mir always charming.
