Man, Hugo Strange's voice actor has the character done so well! Makes me feel intimidated when I roam Arkham City. 😂
Likewise, those voice actors made the games sooooo much better and more alive than any live action interpretation in film or tv show.

Funny enough, Hugo Strange is voiced by Correy Burton: the man who voices Count Dooku in the Clone Wars animated series.
I love his voice and how he added ambiance to the arkham city environment with his announcements
same, but sometimes you couldn't hear him if you were too focused on your mission, it happened to me honestly

How were you able to find the loudspeakers across the city? I’ve never been able to find where the voice was coming from, Ik they maybe spread across the city but I’ve never seen them also how did you know when certain messages would appear to record them.

ok, so the speakers. I recall playing City and hearing the chime and was like "huh, interesting, Hugo communicates with them...but where are the speakers?" so I stopped playing the story and began looking around the city, exploring, absorbing the details of the cameras, buildings, the wall.... the wall...the huge wall... that is where i saw the first speaker in the wall... then I explored the entire wall, and the wall ended in the streets, so i went to the streets, and then I saw the speakers in the streets as light poles... they were everywhere... and as I was exploring... the speakers would began to play Hugo messages every 2 minutes or so... and that is where I began my journey to bring you all the messages of Arkham City and this video.

You could have taken a better of look of that first tv by going there after the story. But I still appreciate the video!
I know what you mean... I did that... but that first tv is broken, not to mention that first message is not repeated, it ONLY happens in the beginning of the story. If you go back after the story, it plays the "rules of Arkham City" message, not the "you are mine new inmate" message
