Looks awesome and what’s funny is all my dipping sauces that I make start off with mayo and sriracha sauce then I add horseradish smoked paprika garlic and the such but my base starts off with those two ingredients

Nice. If I'd like to make battered shrimp with bacon & mozzarella cheese and fry it, would this process still work? A restaurant close to where I live has their shrimp that way, and I'd like to replicate it (I've never asked them, but I doubt they'd tell me the steps on how to make it)
