Another nice and informative video. I have travelled this route several times. The food looks great. I think the Czech and Polish train restaurants are one of the best ones in Europe with very affordable prices.

Thank you so much! On trains in the Czech Republic, restaurant cars are usually between the 1st and 2nd class at one end of the train, so that passengers in 1st class have more quiet and also the staff of the restaurant car can more easily serve passengers in 1st class.
Sice starší a taky už lehce poruchovější vozy, ale myslím si, že na tyhle trasy ještě ideální vozy, chtělo by to nějakou hodně dobrou modernizaci a mohly by jezdit vesele dál.
Díky moc! Jsou už sice starší, ale mám je celkem rád. Měly by postupně procházet přestavbou, zatím vím o vozu s pořadovým číslem 002, který je v pravidelném provozu (ale je celkem náročné ho chytit). Interiér po rekonstrukci je velice podobný ARmpee829, ale zde už je kuchyně na straně (nikoli uprostřed) a oddíl 1. třídy má více míst. Jedinou nevýhodou je, že zde byla úplně zrušena jídelní část, proto vůz 002 není oblíben u posádek, jelikož se zde dá koupit zpravidla jen jídlo s sebou.

hezké video, Silesii (EC 111)jsem taky cestoval do Polska, musím řičí že cestovat po té jednokolejce přes Rybnik a Tychy se celkem i vzrušo (minulý rok nám na EC 105, když jsem jel zpět) auto vjelo na přejezd takže jsme ho málem smetli. Snad mě za týden bude čekat menší dobrožužo v EC 111 a EIP 4504 do "Trojměstí" :D
Díky moc! Já tu trať přes Rybnik jel poprvé ve dne, tak jsem si ji konečně prohlédl :-D To ti závidím, hned bych jel taky! Já plánuji během prázdnin EC Sobieski, tak se tudy projedu znovu :-D

Thanks for introducing us to this great EC trip - a really enjoyable video. The bistro options look really good and great value, so much better than our local trains here where all you can get is microwaved fast food. The only decent dining is on very expensive "cruise trains" like The Ghan or Indian Pacific.

Ahoj, díky moc :-) chtěl jsem to tam napsat, ale už se mi to nikam nevešlo.. ten zvuk dělal mechanismus zavírání / otvírání dveří ze zadního představou do oddílu. Průvodčí to dokonce psala do závad.

Díky moc! Ta kapacita je opravdu malá v 1. třídě, uvolnilo se to až v Ostravě. Na spojích 116/117 je kapacita lepší, tam jezdí Amz138 a k tomu plnohodnotný jídelák.

Celkem pěkná jízda, až dokončí rekonstrukci tratě, bude to lepší a bez zpoždění. Kolik lidí jezdí v 1. třídě? Ta gulášovka vypadala hodně dobře
Díky :-) V první třídě je jen 22 míst, všech 6 solo sedadel bylo obsazeno a na čtyřkách v průměru po 2 - 3 lidech, nejvíc lidí bylo v úseku Pardubice - Ostrava, pak mezi Ostravou a Katowicemi cca 7 lidí. Jo, gulášovka byla opravdu dobrá, dávám si ji si skoro pokaždé, když jede u vlaku ČD jídelák :-)

Jezdim 1. třídou (v restauračnim voze) skoro vždycky když jedu do okolních zemí a většinou je plno nebo skoro plno. Spousta lidí si ale neuvědomuje že ten cenovej rozdíl neni tak velkej a fakt se vyplatí strávit 8 hodin ve vlaku s tim že si dam svíčkovou a pak kafe v normálnim hrnku místo toho abych se mačkal v jenom o trochu levnější 2. třídě v kupéčkách kam se kolikrát narve i 8 lidí. V 1. třídě bejvaj ty solo sedadla a pokud se ti podaří to vychytat tak je to fakt nejlepší způsob cestování jakej existuje.
Nechceš někdy otestovat vlaky na trase Trnava - Senica - Kúty (SK)?
Někdy bych mohl, až zas vyrazím na Slovensko. Zrovna jsem se odtud vrátil, ale to jsem zkusil Gemeran Poľana a Tatran.

Hello! I wonder which website were you booked the train and seat? I try to book the train from Warsaw to Prague but as I can see the seat can not be selected only random seat so I was wondering do you know how I can book the exact seat I want ? Or there’s always random. Thank you
Hello! I booked tickets via the České dráhy (ČD) website. In the direction from Prague, it is possible to choose seats directly in the seatmap, because the data is always provided by the carrier from the country from which the train departs (ČD in this case have the map available). In the opposite direction from Poland, it is possible to either choose seat allocation automatically, or enter the car and seat number manually (but you need to know what type of car will run), or choose a preference (window, aisle, table). It depends on how many of you will be traveling and in which travel class, some seats have the same numbers in different types of cars.

To be fair i prefer PKP Intercity than CD which seems outdated :)
The stations and train look deserted. Why?
It's easy, I walked the train in the section where the least passengers run, I always do. The stations looked empty because I was filming mostly opposite platforms than we stopped at.
Dude, you make great videos but why is everyone copying Simply Railway with toilets and seat pitch? 😂
I already checked the seat pitch and toilets in my flight videos, which I published even before the channel you mentioned started. If I look correctly, the first Simply Railway video is from November 2018, which is later than my first flight reports.
Does this train go faster in 2023 ?
I think it's only about 10-15 minutes faster compared to 2022
