My theory - What if joyboy is nika brother and nika die because of imu and became a devil fruit joybo promise nika something that joyboy couldn't do ( like defeat 20 nation and bring piece between humans and fishman ) then joy boy fought his final fight and lost after joy boy became a devil fruit too and zunisha was tasked to take that fruit to someone special but she can't do it and leave it to raftel then she got cursed that she can't stop walking and roger bring nika fruit back and then world government claim it and shanks get it from world government and you know ufterwards
if luffy it both fruit he will awaken full potential and difiat imu and maybe fully awaken joy boy or become his vessel

You guyz really need to understand that Kaido devil fruit is not the only one thing that make kaido body strong cuz he also had Advanced level armament haki to make his body hard that's why those who only had advance lvl armament haki and those who can infused their supreme king only can damage kaido like oden Luffy and zoro
