This did give me acceleration boosts but MPG dropped almost 2 MPG. No changes in driving habits. I've always used K&N filters, this one has issues.
i'm guessing the acceleration increase was in the higher rev range . That's really useless for car that really could benefit with low end torque increases.
I have 22 Mohave and out this filter in a week ago, I don’t see a difference in the power , but I have dropped from 16.5 gallons around town, too 13.5. Taking it out!!
@@michaeljordan6090 I just took mine out ha well I lost 2.5 mpg smh
Just installed mine, ill ride it for a while see what happens. Can always switch back.
Mine also gets 2+mpg less miles per gallon…. Has developed twitchy throttle response…. Brand loyalty has me feeling crazy 🤪
Is there any hp and mpg increases ?
Will this work for the 2.0 liter turbo??
this the only video on this filter that has so many negative comments - hard to see what is legit or not... yet Amazon has 1100+ reviews with 90% 4.5 / 5 stars...
what if you just replace the oil filter every 30k mi rather than washing it and reusing it?
Rather wait for AEM’s dry air filters.
Just what he dose not tell you is that the oil screws up your sensors and possibly your warranty
I recharged mine but let it dry some 4hrs before I put back in box. Gotta be patient pal.
He tells you it won't screw up your warranty but it will. Don't take the risk its an irresponsible video. Also a real review would apply it to the car and run it for a least a year.
