Hey Poopsies! Here I show you how I make Palacinki, which is a macedonian pancakes specialty. You are going to need eggs, butter, milk, flour, salt, and butter. I explain everything step by step in the video itself. It has been one of my favorite desserts so I just had to make another cooking video for you! I'm also making my own jam in this one, using a variety of fruits such as banana, kiwi, blackberry, and raspberry. Mashing them together with the blender and whisking the batter ingredients to make the pancakes. Real simple fun and easy recipe to do! I also do a little taste testing at the very end. Enjoy!

Word of advise, after your you are done with the палачинка you grab the stick of butter and gently apply on the ready product. It prevents it from turning hard/crunchy! Other than that 5/5- Pozdrav ot Bulgaria

Davita Anthea Silvestre I feel like a flax seed egg replacer and coconut milk would probably work to make these vegan (because the coconut milk is rich like whole milk). Although, soy milk or cashew milk would likely work as well for the same reason and wouldn’t have that “hint” of coconut that shouldn’t be there.
I make a similar style of pancake with literary just flour and Soya milk. I know alot of people who replace the egg with half a banana too
yes! yes you can! I am vegan , and I doing it every weekend , just use vegetable oil and banana!

If you melt your butter in the microwave you won’t scorch it. It only takes about 20’seconds

That's because, the earlier you are, the worst the quality. It takes time for the system to go back to 1080. So it's normal for everyone, wait about an hour or two.

Great video.. One thing though, never use metal implements in a non-stick pan, it scratches off the coating. Use a wooden or heat resistant plastic spatula.

Lmao, koios is read as "coios", which means a person with really big balls in romanian. We also have these pancakes in my country, we eat it with jam, nutella or cheese with dill. There are a lot of variations to the filling

MillMills ASMR My sister has a milk allergy and my parents always switched out the milk with absolutely no problems! They usually used soy milk as she's also allergic to nuts but I think the taste of almond milk would be perfect!

dellagirl221 usually pancakes are thick and fluffy, and crepes are thin! Pancakes with syrup and crepes with fruits or lemon+sugar is the way I do it hehe
