It doesn't make sense for Crawford & Spence to fight at 154 right now. Neither has fought at 154 before, nor do they have belts there. So its just a fight with nothing at stake except bragging rights. At 147, on the other hand. Spence gets a CHANCE to become Undisputed at 147 again. He can then relenquish the belts, now that he's fought everyone at 147 & then move up to 154. The latter statement applies to Crawford as well.

But this fight Spence will be better and just as we’ve seen in the past with Lennox Lewis, Joshua and many more that it’s not Guaranteed that second fight will be just as bad as first he could win.
