Build quality is good and feels sturdy.
Comparatively much better battery performance.
Best cycle in 25 kmph max speed range vehicles (without requiring license)
Pedal support on all 3 modes is very effective.
Much better angle of incline support
Only disadvantage is cost,at 40k this must be unmissable......

Very worst vehicle, iam buying direct motovolt website, vehicle name, urban smart plus , iam receiving 2dayes back yesterday vehicle breakdown , motor, not working I will complain this issue Motovolt service team but there is no respond so many times I am sending a mails also, I will raise written request also or replace vehicle but Motovolt is no respond. So donât buy this vehicle, to worst service,
Sad ! I have ridden my Motovolt Kivo easy for 6000 km and touchwood all's good ...The service team is a bit tardy but at least they have a showroom (Hope you purchased from a showroom ) and its better than others who sell without showroom. My Kivo Easy also had a minor problem with mudguard but i checked and fixed it right before they delivered at showroom . Keep following up and ensure they replace it as once you get the good one electric motors have little maintenance ... Also note for the first months the battery needs repeated charging/discharge to get full capacity
