this kid is killing it !!
Wright all day I love my 52” stander X scags are good to but break down more and they cost more to repair great video man 👍
You know your stuff, nailed all the points of someone on the job all day actually running the machines and maintaining them!
Awesome job young man, I love to see young people who are excited and motivated about something. I’ve been mowing for 30 plus years and can honestly say you’ve helped my decision on which way to go, keep up the good work.
Wow Bud!!! You continuously impress me with your level of maturity. What a fantastically unbiased & informative comparisson. Very well done Bud. Hoping all is well Brocaroni & Cheese!! Dirty Jersey out!!
Thanks brotato chip! I definitely tried to do a fair comparison haha! Love the positivity as always ❤️
Dude...VERY good review, straight to the point, great editing, you are on your way!
Nice I’ve been watching the channel forever and I was going to tell you it has made my lawnmowing business so easy as a 12 year old I started when I was 8 thankue for all the things you’ve helped me with it really makes my day that you replied to my comment cause I’m a huge fan
That's awesome bud! Appreciate the support and I'm glad that business is going well for ya! If you ever have any questions or need anything don't hesitate to reach out via Instagram dm or email🙌
Fantastic review possibly the best i`ve seen just followed you and I am looking forward to seeing more reviews,
This is one of the best freaking reviews I’ve seen on these two mowers! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Great review young man! By far the most comprehensive review I've seen. Thank you.
Great review you touched on everything and I agree about the grass clumping up on the Scagg even though everyone says it doesn’t
Dude good job on your review. As someone who is looking for their first stand on mower this is exactly what I was looking for. I will still probably request a demo but I think I already know which mower I'm leaning towards.
I had the issue you described on my stander x on bumpy terrain where it would cut out and then sometimes not restart again for a while. It ended up being the connector that goes to the PTO switch. When the mower bounces around it tugs on that connector with the weight of the relays and other wires. Mine was loose and also has a small amount of corrosion. Cleaned it up and put it back together with a little dielectric grease and it hasn’t been a problem anymore.
Damn it! I was looking for this video 2 weeks ago when I narrowed down my purchase to these 2 mowers. Now it pops up on my feed.
Ended up buying the V Ride 2 with the 37hp van guard.
Great Review! very in depth. I'm surprised the Wright discharged the clippings better...I thought the scag had a wider opening for that reason...
Most in depth comparison I've seen. Local dealers are Toro, Hustler, Scag, and Exmark. Believe I'm going scag because dealer himself is honest and personable.
Glad it was in-depth and helpful! Dealer support is by far the most important!🙌
Great review!! Very thorough and informative. Subscribed.
I enjoyed your video and the comparison of both mowers Wonderful job comparing and explaining both machines looking forward to watching more of your videos keep up the good work
Thanks Mike! Appreciate the kind words! Tried to be as in-depth as possible :)
Seriously a great review. I'm definitely getting a Wright!
This gets a subscribe thumbs up for me!!👍🏻 exactly what I was wondering. Great job young man, this was spot on!!
Great review you told me what I wouldn’t figure out for months lol keep it up subscribed!
Thanks for the info! I appreciate your time.
Thanks for watching! Appreciate you taking the time to do that 😊
Great Comparison, Very Helpful. Thank you for sharing.
Great video brother!!! I will be purchasing a scag in February, mainly because of dealer support close to me
Still enjoying your archives.
We love and miss you Wyatt.
God bless you friend 👊🏼🧔🇺🇸
Young man,
You’ve got a lot of growing up to do. Thanks for the entertainment.
Best to you.
It was informative about the things you need to know. I do not care how well either one cuts weeds that are 3 feet tall in one pass. I like the comment "The deck is stupid easy to lift on the wright" . That is good information to have. Thanks for the review.
The best honest review so far
Appreciate it bud! Tried to cover everything:)
Great video Wyatt, Thank you for your honest comparison
Appreciate it sir! And thanks for watching as always! Can always count on a bit of positivity from you good sir!🙌
Top quality review..Good Job.
Now that’s how you do a comparison video! Nice job!
Great review and comparison!
Great review bud , truly helpful since I'm on the market for a new mower
Glad to hear that sir! I tried to cover everything! you still have any questions don't hesitate to shoot me a message ;)
Awesome review, much better than other people’s comparisons, exactly what I was looking for. If you get the chance make comparison for the new Stihl stander!!
Great review, the best I have seen!
Awesome review bud! I am currently into deciding between these two!
Great review man! I'm impressed!
Hey man. This is a good comparison! Nice video! I run scags only becuz the dealer is close to my house. And I love my vride 2! No wright dealer near me sadly. I just liked this video... God job
Hey thanks bud! Appreciate you taking the time to watch! Glad you're loving your Scag! 💪
Very informative! Thanks man
Very useful information. Great comparison between the two machines.
Appreciate it bud! Hope it was helpful :)
Very impressive review thank you so much
Love the facts and no sensationalizing. Scag about 75 lbs heavier. Not sure why. Awesome review. For the record, Im going with the VRide. Scag power baby! Thanks.
Wow, great job young man.
This was THE best side by side hands down. Thank you.
One benefit to the wright with the engine mounted to the deck it also lowers the center of gravity making it more stabile on a hill.
Great video! Very in depth!
Thanks Mike!🙌
Great comparison video. This should bring lots of views to anyone in the market for a new stand-on!!!
Thanks man! And that's the hope! Haha
The Wright mower looks nice and the Scag looks nice 2,Keep up the good work man
Both are good machines. Curious of the reliability of the wright.. my Scag has needed a bit of repairs
Nice reviews Wyatt. I'm picking up a 52" X in a few hours. SE PA here.
Thanks man! Cool to meet a fellow PA lawn bro! Congrats on the new machine 🙌
Great comparison video!
Terrific review. Very informative
Wyatt I agree with you totally everybody says scag Does not clump up it does on the East Coast up north Westchester I agree with your whole review you nailed it 100%❤
Hey Wyatt, looking at getting a wright going into next season. Saw this video and knew i had to come check it out, I've missed you're content but totally understand your reason for stepping away from youtube. Hope your doing well and finishing up a great season.
Why’d he quit CZcams?
Great review...been on the fence with s tander hustler, scag, and wright
Which did you decide on?
Great video.good pros and cons 😎👊
Thanks bud. Hopefully this helps people make up their minds :)
Hey bud, I message then about the damm scalp wheel on that side on my zk and they said dont need it but I took some pictures
I'm 100 percent agree with yo on the wheels there ,, we need scalp wheel on that side
Definitely! It'd make a huge difference!✌️
outstanding...this one vid got you a sub.!!!
You left no stone unturned, great review. I think I would like the Scag a little more, but sadly there's not a lot of lawns that warrant investing in a stander in the SF Bay Area. Most lawns are small, and have complicated features like slopes, islands, trees, and beds where a walk behind really excels. A 36 incher or preferrably smaller may be a game changer. I hear the tiny Wrights are replacing lots of push mowers and walk behinds.
Appreciate it bud! They must be small lawns there haha! The new wright 32 inch is pretty sweet! It's slow for what I'm used to but it'd probably be perfect for yards as small as yours :)
Excellent video. Very informative and on time. I am deciding between these two mowers in the 36" size.
Hey glad to hear it was informative! Hope you are happy with whichever you Decide to go with! In my opinion, wright is Killing the 36" game
Nice review ... thanks!
Great review bud-what chute blocker are you using on your V ride and do you like it-? do a video please lol - I like your opinion 👌
Great review! Very thorough👍
Gas tank size matters as well...
Great side by side review.
Thanks man! Appreciate it 💪
I just started doing lawns in 2019. I bought a 2004 fixed deck 36” Wright stander 17hp with electric start.
Someone put a new motor on it and battery stand.
They are a little slow but the cut is really good. I just started using Ballard X blade adapter trying to show off a even better cut. Just buy Wright mowers. The steel they use is very strong.
great review!
Thanks for sharing man. My buddy Chris (that you met at GIE) is wanting to get rid of the VRIDE and switch to Wright. Maybe this will help him make up his mind.
I hope it helps him! I liked the wright a lot. But I want to demo a lot more yet
Very helpful, I love their 36. I’m on the fence in purchasing the 52 x or B model. Any opinion? I cut about 35 lawns and would use the 52 for half the jobs. There’s a big cost difference between the 2, more concerned about quality vs the money.
Great Review!
Great job!
10:03 with the newer scag vride 2 they have a vertical exhaust on them, makes belt and blade maintenance easier
I'm glad they changed it back!🙌
Great video bud. Looking at trying to demo Hustlers super S this spring!
I wouldn't mind demoing a hustler! We have a few guys here that use them! 💪
Like you said in the video. They all have pros and cons. Just trying to stay with my local dealer.
Great comparison. Just the facts.
Great review. I'm thinking about a v ride. I'm in northeast pa.
Glad you enjoyed it man!
Really great job on this comparison, Wyatt. You can see the depth and time you have put into this. Nice work!
Appreciate it guys!👊
@@wyattslawnservice7212 Always our pleasure!
Hey wyatt, so did you ever check the pitch on your v-ride deck ? (1/4 higher in back) and did this fix the clogging of the deck? Do you still have to scrape the deck as much?
Great review!!
Appreciate it bud!💪
Amazing Information thank you
Glad you found it helpful!🙌
Perfect review.
They all make tall grass short. That Hass to be the coolest comment. I’ve ever heard in this industry over the last 19 years. Very excellent review. The one thing I’m curious about. It’s gonna be blade selection. Are you going to run the highlift blades or the mulching blades. During the season I was changing my blades twice a week. Running the Oregon mulching blades. I tried Hylas and didn’t like the cut. I have owned John Deere, Scagg and Dixie chopper. Actually, my favorite was the Dixie chopper. They had made a lot of changes to their mower. However, parts from time to time did become an issue., But it would still eat a lot of grass.
Great video! I would love to demo a Wright some day 🙄
Definitely should give one a try! I think a zk would fix most the the minor gripes with the stander x 👌
I demoed both. You made the better choice. Scag vride 2 cuts good in all conditions. Wright stander x better be dry. Wet and leaves suck on a wright. Scag is the way to go..
Cool video Wyatt!! New subscriber here 😉
Great video.
How is it going downhill ? Like does it hold it w the little tires or slide? Just picked up a stander x52 today n can't wait till spring
Great review.
Thank you sir!👍
Best mower review
Good Review man!
Thank you sir :)
Good video thank you
Thanks Amy! Appreciate you taking the time to watch 😊
Great comparison of 2 quality machines...hope to get my own demo time on these and others this season. Have you tried the JD Quiktrak yet?
Thanks for all the info brother. Best wishes for 2020 and keep grindin👍💪👊!
I haven't tried the JD but honestly probably won't. I'm not a fan of the local dealer so I have lost interest in the brand haha
@@wyattslawnservice7212 I get that...bad dealer service/support can ruin it fast.👊
great information and thank you..
Appreciate you taking the time to watch 😉👍
Do you know why wright does their controls different from everyone else? Is there any advantage to it?
This kid's going to take over CZcams
I'm pretty tall and most machines are to small which machine is more comfortable if you had to pick one machine which would you buy
Seems the scags are kings in the south and wright up north. The scags do fantastic in bermuda. Never seen a Wright down here. Would like to try one.
That’s an 8 gallon tank on the Wright and ground speed of 9.5 mph.
great video. whats the price difference?
Very knowledgeable
Love your videos, Did I see that you are from Pennsylvania ? Im a transplanted Pa boy who now lives in Florida.
Thanks bud!🙌 And yessir I am! North central PA. I'd trade locations in a heartbeat though!😂
Adjust the front of the deck downward, I think it’s a half inch on the Scag. I had a lot of the same complaints on my velocity deck after hearing that. I was scraping it out once or twice a yard. Since then I’ve probably scraped my deck 3-4 times. I mow in rain all the time. It lives up to the hype now.
Ok I'll try that! 1/2 inch of pitch it is. Where are you located? I might try your baffle settings too haha
Wyatt's lawn service start with 1/4 then try 1/2. I’m up in Mass, grass is always wet. I never messed with the baffle. Good luck, it changed my scag completely haha
Awesome video!! Lots of info! What part of Pennsylvania are you? I also am from PA but we love the velocity deck over the aero core.
Hey there! Wellsboro PA (north central part of state). I'm having a hard time with my Scag in wet grasses. Or talk grass. The baffles underneath collect a lot of grass build up and causes issues for me 🤷
@@wyattslawnservice7212 have you tried adjusting that baffle? It has difficult adjustments for different grass types. Maybe that would help?
@@eliasnull I've adjusted that as well as well as trying many different types of blades. That's why I'm looking for a different brand for mower #2. I'm truly stumped 🤷
