This was pretty deep because the duo found an almost perfect middle. They landed in the space between trying to dominate the song, or being too respectful to each other.
Poor Carrie,, she should never go head to head with Dolly,,,her voice went raw and strained where Dolly's Voice is always smooth and strong....Dolly has never hit a bad note in her life...

Stop hating on Carrie. Clearly, if some of the biggest country singers are asking to sing a duet with her, she's pretty good! And yeah, she is just starting in her music career. But, everyone has to start somewhere.

This is awful. Parton is lip syncing and whoever that other one is is trying her best to emulate Huston and it sounds terrible. It might be Parton's song, but Whitney's version dicks all over this.
