God, I love the Monsterverse. It's so incredibly silly and I love it.
I’m so happy the monsterverse is continuing because it’s the only cinematic universe right now that is working. MCU and DCU are all over the place with bad cgi, same formula over and over again , no direction.
Meanwhile the monsteverse is taking its time with each movie, giving creative freedom to the directors which makes each movie have its own style and stand on its own, while still being connected to the rest.
Also watching big monsters beating the shit outta each other is more fun than watching super heroes fight in bad cgi scenarios while making bad jokes every five seconds.
