If McLaren double stacked Oscar would've won because at the end of the race Piastri was catching Norris by 2 seconds a lap and if he came out right behind him and hamilton then he would've been quicker than the two soft runners.
Mclaren need to fire whoever does their strategy, cause it was obvious to everyone else to stack the cars at the first stops and to go on mediums at the end.

McLaren couldn't double stack, because the Silverstone pit lane doesn't allow it. Edit: To further clarify my point, two drivers from the same team can't come in line astern or one immediately behind the other at Silverstone; there has to be a notable gap and short of Piastri deliberately backing off to create a gap, which is forbidden, McLaren simply couldn't double stack at that time.
