Hi Moni, I purchased the pte scored mock tests however I am having issues with regard to speaking module. Although I see it's perfectly working and sound bars are working fine, my speaking score at the end comes out to be 10 which is almost impossible given that I attended several mock tests including magic pte one and e2language and speaking scores were great.
It happened twice, do you think there is a setting or an issue with the Speaking AI.
I emailed to PTE but no response received :(

I purchased the practice package (which includes the 4 PTE test) from this site on Saturday but after a 5-day delay, I don't receive any emails or voucher code. I chat with Pearson's staff more than 3times a day, but they don't solve my problem. I have a successful payment with an order number and the PTE doesn't respond. I want to take a PTE exam 2 months later and this problem is bad sounds to me and brings me stress and anxiety about the problems that could happen in the real exam because I found the PTE staffs are irresponsible, and I have an awful experience.
