straight to the point I love it. I'm all for trudging through studies, but sometimes nice to just have things ready information as a starting point
The 'paste into'! I knew I was doing something wrong when I couldn't make a model match the perspective. Thanks!
I tried using the 'paste into' but still couldn't get it to work, anything else?
Good god this was an amazing tutorial. Simple, straight to the point and under 3 minutes. Is this guy making more?
Thank you for your comment!

I didn’t even know you could do this In clip but I’ve been using it for years!!
This is super interesting. I've never used 3d assests in such an integrated way in my drawings. Thanks for the insight on this.
How do I favorite a video to always be able to find. This is wonderful
Create a Favorites or Art Tips playlist, that’s what I do :D
@@alexanderchipped2227 ohh thats smart!! Im gonna do that
If you wonder why it doesn't works, it's because the dude forget to mention your perspective must be 3 point perceptive for the 3D model to snap
Thanks for that!
How do you make your 3d objects/models snap to the perspective grid you made?
It doesn’t snap, exactly, BUT if you select the layer with the Perspective Grid, then do a Paste Into and Center Object. 0:57 in the video. This will make a duplicate of the Perspective Grid in the layer with your new model, and then place the model in the correct perspective for the grid.
Now if you change your perspective grid in either place, the other will be off, so make sure you have it where you want it before doing all this! Good luck!
@@basedoppenheimer1497 Sweet! That's awesome they added it! They didn't have it two years ago when I made that comment. haha :P
Can you use materials on clip for ipad?
I'm using the app on Android and when I click the paste to canvas it always creates a new layer. Anyone else on app able to tell me how to get the 3D models onto my ruler layer?
Animation can do using 3d model
The paste into buttom doesnt work for me...
I DIDN'T KNOW THE OBJECT THING WORKED ON 3D MODELS
Dude, it doesn't work on my clip studio paint.
Maybe update your version?
@@curiouscreations378 Mm, now that you mention this, I'm going to check out if my CSP is updated.
Y’all using 3D models to produce comics quickly.
I use 3D models because I’m a Hobbyist artist and don’t really care about improving.
We are not the same.
