Happy Sunday Joe. The kitchen stands out already with the peninsula seating. Different. Like the front elevation. Long driveway. Lovely view on entry. Spacious front bedroom. The chandelier is lovely but prefer a fan for those that still need air when it’s cool and the A/C is off. Full bath right there. Oh. It connects to another bedroom. Everyone has to remember to unlock the door when done. Oversized garage. Spotless. Storage. Nice. Love the kitchen. Love the refrigerator, farmers sink/backsplash. Do gas stoves come with pot drawers? Think I’ve only seen them with glass tops. Spacious pantry. Lovely open concept. Agreed. Like the pendant lights and chandelier. Yes. Built in that holds a 75 or 85” is perfect. Amazing backyard. Covered lanai. Lots of space for living/dining/ loungers/outdoor kitchen. And still tons of grass to plant a mango, avocado , grapefruit, lemon , lime and orange trees if allowed. Need at least a 1/2 bath. Lanai long enough; otherwise walking wet all the way to the front bathroom. AMAZING laundry right next to the spacious primary. Love when the closet is in the bedroom. Galley en-suite. Don’t need the tub. Great shower with seat which appears a bit narrow. Quaint loft space. The bedrooms are spacious. Wait. 4 bedrooms to 1 bath? That’s a no. Should’ve at least had a Jack n Jill for the first 2. Those bedrooms were spacious to cut down and get a bath in there. Otherwise amazing home. Thanks so much and see you next video.

Hi Joe, just a quick note today. As always a great house, especially the backyard area with the pool is great. So much space!!! I would prefer 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor but one less bedroom. Yes, a great house!!!! We've had it for a week now, early summer.
We have temperatures around 70 degrees F.
This is already above average here for May. But what is missing is rain. no drops for more than 2 weeks. Just dust and pollen from trees.... Well, it will definitely be a bit colder in June...... Hallo Joe, nur eine kurze Notiz heute. Wie immer ein tolles Haus, besonders der Hinterhofbereich mit dem Pool ist toll. So viel Platz!!! Ich würde 2 Badezimmer im 1. Stock bevorzugen, aber dafür ein Schlafzimmer weniger. Ja, ein tolles Haus!!!! Wir haben es jetzt seit einer Woche Frühsommer.

Hey Darren. I typically will have the base price in the description from the video release dates. I don't mention or promote pricing on my titles or thumbnails because they prices change so much and some of my videos are over 4 years old and can cause a lot of issues with me and the builders. I have to sign a waiver for some builders, where I am not allowed to post prices. I hope you understand and this helps explain why. Thank you for watching and commenting
Like the videos for Harmony homes but the closets are all so small. I guess builders think we don’t have clothing in Florida? Carpet in Florida also is not good, tile throughout should be standard. Nice floor plan.

What's with all the windows in the bathroom and places we don't need them? I'm naked for Christ's sake. It's also a security risk. Too many windows!
hahaha, I hear you, but it's always good to have natural light during the day instead of wasting electricity. Windows are a bonus in my opinion.
