- Waverly Hills Sanitorium is said to be one of the most haunted places in the U.S.A. With shadowy figures seen and even a terrifying 'creeper' reported, many feel they have been left with frightening experiences of their own. Although Alison and Paranormal Quest, who joined us for the night, had previously visited, this was Kag's first time. It was high on her bucket list... but did it live up to the hype?

This was one of my favourite videos. Explaining why the audio is always difficult to hear due to audio compression from uploading it, will help people understand the challenges faced while investigating and sharing your evidence. Great job all together, and nice team work.

I have listened but not sure at which point I am listening to. My ears aren't the best though, at the moment, as I have an ear infection. I wonder if anybody else can hear it who sees this comment?

@@haunted-horizons Oooooofff...ear infections are the worst. Hope it clears up soon. So, I went back and checked. I hear a whisper at 31:59 right after you demonstrate the Flux. You hear what sounds like motorcycles outside, Allison says "So feel free to do that." and then a whisper right before Allison says "The breeze is nice."

That was great, the card game was interesting, its like the child knew colours but didnt know numbers very well, mistook the 6 and said 8. Looking forward to the next episode. Im glad Kag finally went there and Alison could show her around and enjoy Kag experiencing the place.
Waverly hills is one place I would love to investigate.
I have always wanted to do a solo investigation int the body schute and the 3rd floor asking as I can remember.
I really liked the fact that Kag used games when trying to communicate with the children rather than going down the how did you die rout.

I asked Sam. He thinks the humidity and heat was setting the trip wire off, but at around the 44 mins - the whisper - he hears well - he is fairly certain he heard "don't let them out". And then when Kag was playing on the floor, there was something nasty in the doorway. Something very large and unpleasant just standing watching you guys. Then, when Kag leaned over to pick up the skittles and leaned back, it was gone from the doorway, but "all around", prowling around the two of you. He wondered if it the "don't let them out" had something to do with that entity he saw not wanting to let you guys out, and I wondered if it was "nurses" - because they'd not be able to let people out? Anyhoo. xxx
Awesome Bunnymad. I think I looked at temperature and humidity when I was keeping patterns many moons ago when researching properly. I believe I found studies done that found anything above 24% will dampen the effect of EMF rather than heighten it. It is possible for temperature, though, to affect it. The humidity here that night was 98%, and we were dying, lol 😢 Sam brought up a great idea, though, love it. Air pressure apparently affects too. 😊 Interesting about the Don't let me out idea, as I had never thought of this, so maybe. Thank you for watching and contributing ❤️

Around 54:00. I think I heard a loud breathe and I don't think it was Alison and cag was in sight.
Wow that was amazing girls with the three pins and picking the red for the card. The picture was interesting to me because in the late 90s I was a house cleaner and used to get some really interesting houses to clean. One was an old 1920s house next to a church it was were the priest lived back in the day. It now was occupied by a couple who had a young girl aged 5. They told me that there was a ghost or ghosts in the house. In the little girls room they had hung a picture of a farm house and animals on the wall. Every now and then they would walk passed the room to find the picture on the floor resting up against the wall. It was too high for the little girl to reach and take down and as soon as they would put it back up again before to long it was back on the floor. They eventually changed the picture to a photo of the little girl and the ghost must have liked that one as it stayed where they put it. The farther asked the currant priest about the history of the house and apparently in the 30s a little girl had died in a fire in the very same room that the 5 year old girl was sleeping in. The other weird thing that used to happen was when they would go out on a family outing for the day, when they returned home all the dishes in the kitchen had been taken out of the cupboard and stacked neatly in a pile on the draining board. I personally didn't experience anything paranormal about the place but I did have that uneasy feeling you get when your in a spooky place. Great episode gals loved the singing in the echo of the body shoot. Fun fact they used to use a long hallway to get reverb in recording studios in the old days and put the microphone down the end of the hall. It usually had a movable wall to make the hall shorter or longer to adjust the echo sound. Yet another piece of useless information from the cobwebs of my mind.😂😂🤣🤣 👍🏻👍🏻👻👻❤❤
That is really interesting Geoff, I am wondering if it is the same house in early 2000 we were called in to investigate. It is next to a church and what you are describing was what the owners described. I even wrote 11 chapters of a fictional book (never published), that I based on this house. It was West of the City? They too told of a little girl who died in a fire, although we couldn't at the time find any information of that. We even found a burned photo of two girls hidden behind the fireplace. Wouldn't it be weird if this was the same place.
I think it was on Holden st here in the western suburbs I'll take a look on google earth. Yes it was in Hindmarsh on Holden st next to coopers stadium.@@haunted-horizons

Yeah, we agree. It is hard sometimes in the dark on a small phone to make out exactly what the image is at the time, until you get it on the computer once home. With Seer though, it is merely a artistic representation and not a exact photograph so still curious. 😊

I can't, in all honesty, say no. We didn't see them out there, which you will see in part 2, so we are more inclined to think maybe the incredible humidity if it was natural. It was just a huge coincidence that it was as we stood there, out of all the building areas we went to. But... rationally thinking... coincidences do happen. Love your thinking 😊

they always talk about camera mics and you don't hear what they hear!! IF you sync voice recorders and the camera by clapping your hands once you have abetter recording of what is around you.
Hi David, I agree and I love syncing more than one mic as it gives a better overall picture and I can also isolate each mic to see if it is closer to one than the other, or if it is one of us. I think in this one, we had two video mics, the lapel mics and also when doing the E.V.P. the voice recorder. Of course my editing skills are pretty... well you know... but we do try! 😂 I think I was just trying to vent my frustration, that all sounds great this end, and then I upload and suddenly the quality deteriorates. It is the same, I notice with the video itself, especially in this episode. So frustrating! ☹️
