I've noticed many people complaining about how you've changed and someone wanted to be supportive I guess and commented "we love a self deprecating queen" on some video. Wtf is actually wrong with people who think that? It's fine not to take yourself seriously sometimes, but doing that on a daily basis for so long just fucks up your self esteem. I'm glad you changed the way you perceive yourself, you are smart and funny nonetheless and I love you.

I have a theory to make leaving a bad relationship easier. I’ve never done it but I think I definitely should have for QUITE A FEW in the past. Start distancing yourself while they’re still around. Boyfriend is going out with the boys instead of a night in? Invite the girls over for a girls night in or go to their house. BIG TIP: use similar rationale that poopy bf does to ditch you if he feels some type of way about you always being with the girls. BIG BIG TIP: if poopy bf starts wanting to spend more time with you, remember that he is no longer a priority and you are gradually preparing for a grand exit from toxictown. MUST REMEMBER: you must initiate girls nights sometimes and not JUST when he’s going out without you.
My reason for this exit scheme is because I feel like a lot of girls always think about “what if” or romanticize what it was like to have them around because such a big and abrupt breakup is SO HARD for anyone to cope with mentally. I think it’s so much harder to go from 100-0, but if you slowly start to distance yourself then you know what it’s like to have them in your life (even if it’s on the outs) and have more fun without them

Also: how to get out of a bad relationship when it feels so hard so hard to leave....the answer is not SOMEONE ELSE. it's within YOU. maybe it's just being YOU. don't look for anyone else. become okay with being alone. learn to live as your own being. the answer is not finding someone else. that's it.
Another shaving tip - it’s not just about using a fresh new razor, it’s also good to keep it sharp. Never ever just leave it in the shower, take it out and dry it off between uses. You can also sharpen it by running it backwards on some denim!

I use the Yuki cup for my periods for several years now and it was a life changer. Mine wasn't pink but see through so it stained after a few years and that's why I bought another one. But it wasn't necessarily, so it also safes you tons of money! Cups can be so awesome for you, if you are able to use them. No shade on anyone who can't/doesn't like them. :)

I used to be nervous about the diva cup, but I swear it is the best thing ever. I used to be so uncomfortable during my periods, now it’s like it’s not even happening.
I bought my cup last month and I am so scared to give it another try. First time I tried it was tough and painful to insert in so I gave up half way but ever since then I am only thinking about it but I am scared
@@its_k9819 try folding it like a rose, and insert it from the tip, slightly angled. Then once it pops, try moving the base clock or anti clockwise (doesn’t really matter which direction you go). I do this to make sure it is properly open. To take it out, y grab the base and move it clock or anti clockwise (don’t pull, specially with force), and when three fingers can grab the base, I fold the culp in half and from one corner I start to take it out. In my experience, the painless way to use the cup is a trail and error situation for each person, and this is what works for me

I recently broke up with my ex of 8 years.. It’s called trauma bond. That’s why you know it’s toxic but you love them and so you stay. Research it walnut, understanding it helped me find closure and gave me confidence to move on without heartbreak. When you’re in a toxic relationship your heart breaks years, months and days before the other person (Usually a narcissist) even knows there’s a problem. When it’s time to actually end it officially, you realise you’ve gone through majority of the ‘post relationship blues’ already, because you experienced heartbreak during and so ending it is relief, after the initial shock and worry no one else will love me and realising there’s no one to tickle my back anymore and I do love back tickles haha.. I felt calm, I suddenly knew why people say they could feel the weight lift from their shoulders, it really did and it felt wonderful.

What’s really helped me with razor burn is a few things. I switched to the Billie razor subscription. I use shaving cream for sensitive skin and then after I apply a lotion made for rough & bumpy skin. Like Cerave SA cream or gold bond ultimate rough & bumpy skin. These lotions have a combo of acids. I apply it for the next 2-3 days after I shave.
Ya I feel like the replacement thing works pretty well but be careful to not have a rebound relationship where you just take the first opportunity
I'm nearing mid 30s n learnt hold off on shaving till ur almost finished with shower gives ur hair time to soften. use coconut oil or tea tree oil thats anti-inflammatory properties to it. shave with the hair not against it wash blade between swipes .I use men's razors as its for more thicker hair and also its better then womens and 1/3 price . cotton underwear after .
I've learned that just going commando after is a lot better and helps things breathe, but I get that's not for everyone haha

I use the machine that pulls the hair out down there, and at first it was so painful but now I don't feel it. I would highly recommend it, it leaves no hair left. Just gotta get through it and start with smaller areas and make sure the hair isn't too long to start off with.

Ok peeps…. I NEVER GET RAZOR BURN!!!! DO THIS: Shave using a (new) 5 blade men’s razor with few or no wire guards on it (just gets clogged and hard to clean) . If it’s good enough to cut men’s thick hair, go around a chin, and not leave bumps… it’s good enough for you down there. Plus men’s razors a cheaper. Use warm water, wait like 15/20 minutes until your pores are open. I put conditioner on the hair down there to shave (it doesn’t irritate me but everyone is different), it softens the hairs Start on the edges and work your way in. Shave with the hair direction until it’s super super short then shave against the hair to get the last tid bits. Don’t be afraid to use your fingers to pick areas up so you can see and reach, or move your legs open to create flat surfaces so you don’t cut yourself! Shave every 3+ days If you have to shave more than that (vacation) just touch up the bikini line going with the grain. Make sure your pores are open. If you feel like you can go against the grain too make the judgement call when you get to that point. Good luck!
