2 Table Spoons Ghee
3 Table Spoons Oil
1 Bay Leaf
5 Cloves
1 Inch Cinnamon
4 Cardamom
1 Large Onion Sliced
Salt
1 Carrot Cubes
10 Cauliflower Florets
7 French Beans
1 Potato Cubes
1/2 Table Spoon Garam Masala
1.5 Cups Water
1 Cup Basmati Rice( 30 Mins Soaked )

One glass ki 2 ½ glasses vaste chalu
2 whistles unchithey perfect ga vasthundi
Nice!I usually does the same style of cooking. I will add little ginger garlic paste,and 2 handfuls of green peas. Once pressure is gone, stir it carefully and transfer the content to another wide opened vessel so that rice will not overcook and stays grainy.
