Julie Hirsh has overcome diverse challenges in her various business endeavours. In her talk, she delves into the dissonance between academic intelligence and entrepreneurial success. Julie is an award-winning entrepreneur who has been called an “innovator,” “disruptor” and “challenger."
As the Cofounder of the world’s first all-natural vitamin tea, she created an overnight success years in the making, securing shelf space in 2000 stores within a year of launch. She then became part of the only 2.7% of venture capital funding that went to female founders in 2019 by closing a Series A investment round in only 8 days, and did all of this before the age of 30.
In 2020 she was recognised as Telstra’s Victorian Business Woman of the Year, and was named on the Forbes 30 under 30 list.
She is a passionate advocate for building a world where every decision is made with care, without bias, and with responsibility to the dreams of others. The denial of the significance of IQ is a coping mechanism.

This entire arguments against “IQ” comes down to she doesn't like what it tells us about groups, not that the test itself is inaccurate or a useful gauge of intelligence.
Nothing correlates more positively with family income, socioeconomic status, school and occupational performance, and criminality than IQ.

She's a commie and her worldview needs to debunk anything that makes white people look superior to other races. (I am not saying white people are superior, I'm saying she will quickly move to stamp out anything that can leave that impression).

I suggest looking at the origin of IQ. there are actually lots of valid criticisms, but I'm guessing you're one of those high IQ people who refuse to see them

None of this is actually an argument...
Science and morals are separate. If a scientific fact leads to racism, it does 't mean it isn't true. IQ tests is based on factor analysis and correlations of mutliple cognitive tests, not correlations with income. IQ being partly environmental doesn't debunk it. None of those debunks were correct.

What you said was spot on. We should separate truth from morality and stop saying something is false if it is not convinient.
You can’t measure how smart someone is there are too many variables. Also everyone has many flaws, academics can’t measure everything and it’s not the most important thing in the world.
Also people lie. A lot.
I don't believe that IQ tests are the best ways to measure human intelligence.
If you don't believe in IQ, you might as well not believe in modern psychology. Imagine not believing in SSRIs for your depression, or treatment of epilepsy through fMRIs.

It was at 1:45, and it went on for over 120 seconds. Talk about overestimating ability with raw data. She also didn’t debunk anything.

Fallacy. Just because there is a certain evidence of a disparity, it doesn't mean races do exist. Even more, considering the Netherlands was a colonial nation bathed in gold and Nigeria was a British colony.
