    Nice work.
    Got some mocap animation ideas for you.
    Ladder aiming with gun. When you look behind you an your left hand is still holding onto the ladder etc.
    Prone, crawl, rotate on own axis. Unarmed an armed prone an crawl.
    Turn around on the spot prone. Check Max Payne 3 for reference.
    Mounted gun turret animations.
    Like a mounted browning m2 type of thing. Up down. Side step to aim left an right.
    Picking up another person an putting them over your shoulder.
    Based limb damage animations. Left left limp, right leg limp, various location based poses. Hand mostly touching area that is affected.
    Rope animations. Pulling, grabbing, climbing. Swinging. Lasso, tying. Wrapping around pillar / tree.
    Making a knot.
    Various food animations.
    Opening, disposing of packaging.
    Candy bar. Packet of chips. Hamburger. Ice cream, biscuits. Bowl food. Cutlery food, fruit veg food, noodle / spaghetti food. Food on a stick. Chicken leg food.

      We were using Axis Studio, which is the software developed by Perception Neuron (the suit we were using)

    I've been building out my world but when I turn my attention to animations I always run into the issue of the mocaps I buy on Epic that use UE4/5 mannequins don't work perfectly on the models I bought. Not sure why they sell models on Epic that aren't designed to match the UE4/5 mannequins. But how do I fix this problem? It would be easier to match if I could lay the models on top of each other as I make the adjustments but I don't see that option. My memory isn't great even moment from moment due to being in 24/7 pain from 5 bulging spinal discs. So thats why I think the models being "overlapped" as I adjust would be best. How do I do this?

      Most of the time the mocap animations are mass produced lower quality animations but tends to be far cheaper since it requires work. I have bought a fair few and when you buy from the same seller you tend to see similar issues what makes it much quicker to sort.
      Best thing you can do is use a select few from a pack when you need it sort them to a decent degree when you need to use it then save them to a cloud storage then copy to whatever project you need.
      Takes a while but that’s what your paying for, and you can often contact the seller and do trades for more animations for your more perfected ones.😂😂😂
      Just a friendly piece of advice, if you don’t want to do the work on them you are going to have to use the more expensive packs that have far less animations.
      You can also work as a team with others whom has bought the pack and do a few each then trade the better ones.

      You can also use the bad animations and then slowly during your free time sort them out replacing them/doing it directly on your project.
      I also like that method since you can make sure you need those animations before wasting a lot of time fixing animations you don’t actually want to use.

      @@netherworld8196 The specific issue Im running into as of now is the aiming with a gun mocap hands dont match the model's hands. I don't mind making some tweaks to the model if it allows me to use the mocaps in bulk. My issue is I need a way to overlap the UE4 and UE5 mannequin with the models, male and female versions, to make those adjustments properly. Any idea where that can be done?

      @@SnowBunny_Elle Yeah you can always manually retarget the hand on one of the animations or/ use a node that splits the use of two animations by bone. Then you can use one with better hand placement. (This can be useful if you want to use certain aspects of different animations.)
      Also if you haven’t yet set sock points to the weapon skeletal mesh bones that can also help with placement and you can set your characters skeleton hands to automatically adjust to whatever weapon you’re using. If their is finger animation for example pulling the trigger you might have to spend 5-10 minutes messing about per weapon on getting the finger in the right place but you can do that while playing in the editor since it’s allows you adjust bone placement while playing the game in the editor.
      (Can’t think of its name right now half asleep😭😭) I can find the exact method for you tomorrow when I come home from work. Probably wrote it out overly complicated. Tell me what pack you use too and so I can work out your issue better.
      It’s kind of hard to fully understand your situation without seeing it so if I haven’t understood your issue tell me. (That’s why I said a load of different methods what should help in most cases.)
      Sorry for the essay it’s kind of complex but simple once you do it a few times.😭😭 if you need tell me your discord if you have it I can send you some screenshots/videos on how to do it.
      *edit you can also overlap your character with the standard mannequin like people do with the meta humans which should allow you to use any ue4 or ue5 depending on your use animations with any skeletal mesh. (This is however not the most optimal method but not super bad either.)

      I don't understand half the instructions you gave though. That's why i watch the vids and I add on a few of my own ideas once I get a basic understanding. I was a house painter till 6 years ago when my spine became my worst enemy. I work on my game idea when my pain is not crushing me to the floor but even then it's hard to focus. I just dont like being useless and I enjoy gaming. I heard an "idea" for a game is worthless...i disagree.
